Horrible customer service accompanied with discrimination and lack enthusiasm to meet customers needs.Poor communications skills from the manager.The dealership and the manager does a horrible accommodating and lack enthusiasm to meet customers needs.Poor communications skills from the manager.The dealership and the manager does a horrible accommodating their clients i.e to makesure they explore all financing options for the instead of shutting them by telling them how the can't afford a vehicle.The dealership and it's manager has preferences as to whom they will help and whom they won't.I won't dare recommend the Hyundai of Everett dealership to anybody who is looking to buy a car. More
