I went on several test drives with Patrick who was exemplary in his knowledge of the G70 and Genesis as a brand. He offered polite but car consistent banter that allowed me to bond with him as a salesperson. He offered to follow up as I gave details about a few other cars I needed to check out and I was pleasantly surprised when a few weeks later he reached out. Fast forward, wound up working with Brandon the General Sales Manager on the price of my G70, We were able to find common ground and I came in the next day to purchase the vehicle. Patrick was prepared, professional and completely focused on my well being and delivering a quality experience along with the car. Jose in the finance department, was spot on, thorough, covering all the bases and make the office part a breeze. The finish was many thanks from the staff I had worked with and a complete delivery process of the Genesis G70. A very satisfied new customer and one who will refer and look to Genisis of Everett. Top Notch Service They were willing to work with us and gave us a fair dollar amount for our trade in.
