This purchase was a breeze. There was no dealer add on charge to the MSRP. This is very unusual nowadays. The dealers I've seen recently have the MSRP sticker. He listened to us and helped us identify our priorities for a car, he didn't push his own agenda or bells/whistles that we didn't want/need. When it came time to "make the deal," Rich and the sales manager really worked with us to find the financing timeline and parameters we with which we could realistically agree, based on our budget limitations. While the majority of our interaction was with Rich, we found the entire staff at Hyundai of Everett to be welcoming and helpful. Their goal is clearly to provide high levels of customer service and a positive buying experience, and they exceeded our expectations. More
My experience with this dealership in purchasing my 2012 sonota was excellant. I was surprised at their truly customer oriented outlook. As we all know, buying a car is a real pain. The service department has always been friendly and accomodating. My 2007 Sonata has been a reliable and problem free vehicle since I bought it new. They may have low prices but they get you in other ways it seems. More
Cant fix some things wrong with my 05 Sonata. Been in 3 times same problem, never fixed. Sales floor is accomidating but service dept is another thing. I have had very poor support for my Santa Fe. So far it has been in for air conditioning service 6 times and I am going to have to take it in again. I purchase it used, paid what I consider to be a premiu has been in for air conditioning service 6 times and I am going to have to take it in again. I purchase it used, paid what I consider to be a premium price and purchased the extended warranty. They have not shown an ability of figure out what is wrong with it, they have replace parts, sometimes with re-manufactured ones that are of inferior quality. When they replaced the AC compressor it made a significant internal noise and when we complained about it they said it was normal. It is NOT normal. I have done my own work for over 40 years and I have made a living as a technician in the past. Also, since I work, my wife has taken it in each time and she is generally treated like a "dumb woman". Which, by the way, is not even remotely true and certainly is not the way to treat a customer. I would NOT recommend Everett Hyundai. More
