I have worked with Jim Cudney with every purchase I have made from Hyundai of Everett over the past 8 years for a total of 5+ purchases. Each time, the customer service has been outstanding and I cannot emphasize enough of how pleasant of a sales experience I encountered. Jim knows the product very well and can answer anything for any of the vehicles on the lot. I will continue to purchase my Hyundais from Jim and will refer anyone I come across looking to get into a Hyundai. I also would like to note that not only is Jim pleasant to work with, but financing Robert Laird too is another person I would like recognize. Without those two, I don't think my purchasing experience would be so pleasant. Great job! Daemond More

Hyundai of Everett was different. No second sticker, a discount over MSRP, a far offer for my old car, and a very affordable loan from BECU. Larry Pieden was one of the most courteous and professional sales people that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My only complaint is that I wish F and I wouldn't try to pad in all of their extra warranties into the cost. I got them taken out, but I'd much rather they ask first before adding them. The 2012 Accent I bought lives up to all of Hyundai's and the dealership's claims so far. Has a great amount of power for the type of car it is, and then the fuel economy! So far, my car has registered 35 mpg overall. I caught it registering a real-time fuel economy of almost 50 mpg on a flat section of I-5 with the cruise control set at 65 mph! Hints for the 2012 Accent: - 6th gear is a very cruise friendly highway gear and the reason for the 40 mpg claim, but not so good of a gear for trying to to swiftly accelerate and pass at highway speeds or go up steep hills (this is not atypical of other 4 cylinders with tall overdrive gears). Be prepared to downshift to 5th or 4th if this is the case. - If an automatic, use the manual shift option for hilly terrain at lower speeds. It will help to keep the car on a better powerband (and fuel economy). - Use eco mode whenever possible. Overall, the 2012 Accent is a great little econo-burner and Hyundai of Everett is a genuinely good dealership. They had a great price and accomplished the seemingly impossible: a great car buying experience. More
My experience at Hyundai of Everett was by far the best new vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. Their Internet quote was far below the the four other dealerships that I contacted and the staff was friendly, knowledgable, and provided a pressueless environment. Larry Peden was friendly over email and provided a clear breakdown of all costs before I reached the dealership. In person, he gave me the feeling of working with me and not against me. He applied zero pressure and sold me a car using his knowledge of the product, being courteous, polite, and offering the best price. The dealership itself, although smaller than the others that I have visited, was clean and offered a friendly environment. The sales discussion did not involve a cubicle, but an open table setting. There was no feeling of being cornered by the sales staff. In the future, there is absolutely no doubt that Hyundai of Everett will be my first choice when searching for a new Hyundai. More

My husband and I just bought a Sante Fe and we love it! We love the dealership and we love Rich Leavitt! NOT enough time to purchase a car but we ended up trading in our car and drove off the same day with a beautiful new one. Our overall experience was wonderful. No one rushed us out or pressured us to purchase anything, everyone was very hospitable, and the whole process was painless. We felt like we were taken care of. And Rich was very thorough in explaining all the details of our new car. He went above and beyond, providing the best customer service ever. The only thing we would have done differently is come to the dealership much earlier. Thanks again Rich! More
Last Saturday Aug.27, 2011 (my Bday) I was on a mission to buy a new car for myself .. Hyundai Tuscon was at top of my wish list ... so Hyundai of Everett was my first stop .. and turned out to be my first to buy a new car for myself .. Hyundai Tuscon was at top of my wish list ... so Hyundai of Everett was my first stop .. and turned out to be my first and last stop ... I immediately fell in love with the fully loaded 2011 Hyundai Tuscon they had on the lot .. even more in love with it after I took it on a test drive ... Icing on the cake were the very friendly and no-pressure sales team and Larry Peden, whom I spent the next couple of hours bonding with during the sales paperwork process .. I can honestly say,, this is the first time in my life I actually enjoyed buying a car!! They made it a very enjoyable experience and thoroughly answered all my questions. I was impressed with the family feel of the business and enjoyed the tour and introduction of the Service area/team. Larry took the time to show me all I needed to know about the wonderful features/options of my new Tuscon right before I drove away a very happy girl ... I can't express enough goodness about Hyundai of Everett staff .. They were all very down to earth and straight-forward... Larry made me feel special even before he knew it was my Bday! ;) I look forward to a long relationship with Hyundai ... I have NO doubts that I made the right choice for this important purchase. We went in for a test drive but hadn't planned on purchasing a vehicle that day, but my husband and I were thoroughly won over by Sandie. First we test drove a new vehicle, and then she showed us a used vehicle that she thought might suit our needs better. And it did!! The whole experience was so refreshingly simple and there was no pressure whatsoever. We got a fabulous car, a great deal, and were able to smile through the whole process. I'm also looking forward to bringing it in for service because both times we pulled onto the lot (we had to return with our trade in vehicle that we didn't initially drive there), we were immediately greeted by a smiling service representative and asked how he could help us. I would highly recommend this dealership! They are amazing! More
This was probably the easiest transaction that I have ever made in purchasing a new vehicle. I am very impressed with Hyundai of Everett, especially with Rich Leavitt. He was very thorough in every way and very accommodating to our hours and needs. The Hyndai of Everett is by far the best place to buy a car. I had eight visits to different dealers around Seattle-Everett area over several months. This place had the best price (first price you get from a dealer when you ask for the price before a deal) to start negotiate. I bought my Veracruz from Jim Cudney in late July. He was a best dealer I ever bought a car from. He is very polite and informational. We had long hours of negocation, but I never got any pressure from him (we were laughing and smiling for the whole time of visit). It was about an hour after their regular business hour(about nine pm) when we made a deal, but he was still nice and thorough on explaining all the safety feasture of a vehicle. Also, he was very nice to my two little girls, 1 and 3 years old (I am not saying this because he gave us two pink hats for my kids ^^). Yes, the dealership was little too far from my home( 45 min drive from Seatle), but it was a worth a drive because I got a best deal for the car with no pressure at all from a dealer. I would definetly recommend Hyundai of Everett and Jim cudney for future car buyers. P.S. I was 40 min late for the oil change appointment, because I misunderstood the time of appointment. However, the service department kindly seviced my vehicle. Otherwise I would have to drive 45 min to come back to this place or do it else where. No wonder they are the #1 service department in the district. More
