Loved working with Jackie. On our first meeting she gave me her best price for both the trade in and the new Tuson I wished to purchase. Unlike some other dealerships I visited to check on other autos, this was no hassel - best shot up front. Everyone was friendly and you felt at ease. You can tell these people have worked together for years. They are like a family and when I forgot to get my second key another employee helped me since it was Jackies day off.She was just a friendly and helpful. Speaking of which, when I decided to purchase the Tuson, Jackie came in on her day off to help me. I told her "no problem, I'll wait until you get back", she wouldn't hear of it and came in. She told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete the transaction. She explained in detail the features of the car and we went thru the paper work. No hassel at all and it took exactly 1 1/2 hours. I had previously decided to purchase another brand of automobile but after trying to deal with a dealer that I had purchased two previous cars from, I decided to go to Hyundai of Everett because of their attitudes.
