I selected my car online and spoke with Jackie on the phone. She was very down to earth, friendly and helpful, calling me back several days later when my car arrived. My entire experience with Hyundai of Everett was great. I bought a new Veloster. Great car! I highly recommend working with Hyundai of Everett and especially Jackie Walton my salesperson. The way Jackie and her company do business is the way you hope a car dealership will treat you. I had searched for a Veloster in Olympia, Tacoma and Puyallup. What a waste of time. I wish I had skipped that and gone straight to Hyundai of Everett. From the first moment I spoke to Jackie to the day they put the plates on my car they were true professionals. Its a three hour drive for me to get to Everett and I probably passed five Hyundai lots on my way there. It was worth every mile I travelled. I won't buy a car anywhere else ever again. More
I was not planning on purchasing an Accent the day I went to the dealership. They had one internet special left and went on a test drive with Jeff Plunkett and he was very knowledgable about the entire vehic to the dealership. He informed me what an amazing deal it was and the low inventory of the SE models. The vehicle was in my price range and I just couldn't pass up the incredible offer they had on the car! Jeff checked my credit and everything was history! I bought the car in less than two hours. I had some doubt, my own personal second thoughts, made a couple of phone calls to family members who expressed to me that I would make the right decision. The last time I purchased a new vehicle was in 2000. I will remember my experience at Hyundai of Everett and will be happy and proud to refer any of my family or friends if they need a new car! More
We were looking for a fuel friendly car online, we didn't want to have to deal with any salesman until we were ready, we inquired about the 2012 accent, Ray called us we told him what we wanted, he worked so want to have to deal with any salesman until we were ready, we inquired about the 2012 accent, Ray called us we told him what we wanted, he worked so hard to find us the car we wanted, after he did we went in did the paperwork and in no time at all we were on the road with our brand new car in the color we wanted, cant say enough how much we really liked Ray, he answered all of our questions 10 times I swear, he is definatly the only salesman we will be dealing with from now on, Thankx Ray do making our purchase of our first brand new car easy and not all that scary:) More
My 64 year old mother has been stressing about her old car and decided it was finally time to buy an actual new car. Back in 2002, my wife and I bought a new Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Everett and it car and decided it was finally time to buy an actual new car. Back in 2002, my wife and I bought a new Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Everett and it was just a great buying experience. My mom and I looked around and after a brief flirtation with the idea of buying a Fiat, she decided on a Hyundai based on my glowing praise of Hyundai's, their reputation for reliability and quality and their superior warranties. Most of my communication with Hyundai of Everett on the behalf of my mother was done over the internet with Jim and he was remarkably tolerant of my mom's continually changing opinion of what color and model of Accent she wanted. When the decision to purchase was finally made, color choice was still up in the air but Hyundai of Everett had already arranged for one of the colors of interest to be brought over from another dealer just in case that was the one she would want. as it turns out, that is the car she bought. She is the very proud new owner of a 2012 Century White Accent SE. It is an amazingly great looking car and everyone who has seen it loves it. My mom got her new car at a great price from what I believe to be, by far, the best Hyundai dealer in Washington. My positive memories of buying there in 2002 are still valid today as the experience for my mother was very positive, they were very accommodating and they were willing to get whatever car we wanted if it was available somewhere. I am sure I am leaving something out but if you want a low stress, zero pressure, positive buying experience, I cannot recommend Hyundai of Everett enough. Every person we dealt with, from salesmen to the financial lady, seem to actually be truly happy to work there and, in fact one guy we dealt with, Jeff Plunkett is the guy who sold me and my wife our car 10 years ago! I purchased a 2012 Hyandi Accent from the dealership in Everett, WA. I have purchased many new cars, but this purchase was the most positive car purchase ever. The staff at the dealership was courteous and respectful. I had very specific requirements for a car, i.e. price, fuel economy and features. I started by reviewing a very impressive inventory of used cars with employee Jason Yaeger, but I decided a new car would better suit my requirements. Jason was accommodating, a very good listener and informative. After driving several cars Jason and I met and discussed the cars and the price associated with each option at a table in the lobby out in the open. I really like this business concept; everything is up front, no shady dealing behind closed doors! Although I had researched Hyandi, I was taken back by the high quality of engineering, craftsmanship and quality and like most people, I had to respectfully walk away from the dealership that day and inform Jason I needed to think about it. I think they call this a “be back”? Jason and the staff at Everett Hyandi honored my decision, there was no high pressure, manipulation, guilt trips or one liners, “if you don’t buy today you won’t get the same deal”, that is annoying! Jason informed me he would be off for the next two days, but graciously introduced me to sales associate Jim Cudney and assured me Jim would be a resource to answer any questions and provide additional clarification. I thought my phone would blow up the next day with high pressure, obnoxious rhetoric from an employee representing the dealership, it didn’t happen. Fortunately, I received a very professional and informative follow call from Jim and we agreed to meet. After extensive research of ALL the models in this class, I returned to Everett Hyandi and purchased a 2012 Hyandi Accent. In my opinion this automobile offers the highest quality, options, fuel economy, warranty and financing available. When I arrived at the dealership to finalize the paper work, Jim introduced me to Robert Laird, Finance Manager, we proceeded to Roberts office. I thought, oh boy this is where everything is going to change and Robert is going to throw a curve ball my way or something is going to change the price and the deal is going side ways. Robert presented all of the paper work, warranty information and options offered through the Hyandi Company thoroughly and completely. I indicated what was and was not appealing or within my budget and Robert respected my decision. Overall the entire process was completed in less than thirty minutes, painless. The final step was sitting down with Jim Cudney to review the owner’s manuals and the documentation. I was impressed with Jim’s passion for his job, the dealership, knowledge of the Hyandi Company and most importantly my satisfaction as a client! The guy went above and beyond to answer my questions and although there were other people walking into the dealership to inquire about purchasing, Jim remained focused on completing the process while the staff appropriately made people feel welcomed but not ganged up on, refreshing. While my car was being detailed and fully fueled, Jim provided a tour of the facilities, including the service shop, impeccably organized and clean. Jim and I walked to my car went over everything inside and out, he congratulated me, we shook hands and I drove off with a smile! Let’s just say, I will tell everyone about Everett Hyandi and look forward to my next car purchase from the first class staff and Company at Everett Hyandi. Respectfully, Matthew Cain More

Jim Cudney was an incredible sales man. He helped me stay within my budget of what I could afford for my car payment. He never pressured me into buying something more, or "over the top." Everyone working there could tell how excited I was about getting my own car, my first car ever that I purchased and I ended up getting a 2012 Hyundai Accent, Sedan. Here I am, 23 years old, and I bought a brand new 2012 car!! I could really tell with some of the employees I met (in nearly all departments) how much they enjoyed their job, and loved doing what they do. I could tell they lit up seeing how excited customers got after purchasing a car through them, Hyundai of Everett. They are there to service my car when needed and to help if ever I need it. I was reminded many times while I was there to, "Call if ever you have a question." This was such a promising feeling that it made my decision from buying here, Hyundai of Everett, that much easier. I also got a a pink Hyundai hat as an added bonus which I will proudly wear and advertise for them during the golfing season. I would recommend anyone to go and buy from Hyundai of Everett, and especially from Jim Cudney. More

Brandon contacted me and I let him know via email what I wanted - he sent me links to cars he thought met my criteria and gave me a great price via email. All I had to do was go in for a test drive and I was ready to buy. My son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter came with me - Brandon insisted we put her car seat in the back and take her on the test drive with us. I was really impressed by that - the staff went out of their way to talk to her and when we left she was giving them handshakes and high fives. Brandon was knowledgeable and totally customer focused - no hassles, no lengthy sales pitches. I am so impressed by the staff that I intend to have all my routine maintenance and any future repair work done there. I would highly recommend Brandon and this dealership. Other dealerships could take a lesson from this dealerships' internet sales methods. They were truly the only ones to give me "hassle free, price quotes" via email. More
