I had a bad experience buying a car from another dealer where they had quoted a price and then added on a bunch of extra charges. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price quoted was really the price. I bought the car that night. It was late and past closing but Robert Laird took the time to throughly reiveiw the financing documents and warranty. They also took by 2003 RAV 4 as a trade in even though it needed a new transmission! I would highly recommend this dealership More

Our experience buying this car from Don was the easiest we've ever had. I solicited several internet inquiries to different dealers asking for "out the door" pricing on the 2013 Elantra. Don was the only we've ever had. I solicited several internet inquiries to different dealers asking for "out the door" pricing on the 2013 Elantra. Don was the only one who responded and also responded exactly the way I asked and provided a breakdown of what all was involved in the price. We even had a discussion back and forth for a while and there was no pressure involved. The only other response I received was vague and non-committal, not going into any pricing and encouraging us to come on in for specials. We chose to go and talk with Don and worked out a deal with him for the car. He was honest, friendly and non-pressuring, which is unusual in a car dealership. We thouroughly enjoyed the experience and look forward to many years of use out of the car. I would highly recommend both Don and Hyndai of Everett to whoever is looking to buy one.
