I recently stopped in to Hyundai of Everett to test drive the new Veloster. After a very short trip down the street I realized that although its a great car, the Veloster wasn't going to meet my need for som the new Veloster. Brian Perrigo, my sales consultant, was very patient with me, and helped me figure out what car might be the right fit. After listening to me describe what I was looking for, he suggested trying out the Tucson, and as soon as I took it out for a drive I knew that it was going to be the car for me. Brian has a great sense of humor and I have to say I never felt like I was being "sold". He let me make my own decisions, was never pushy, and only tried to find me exactly what I wanted - which he did. I live in Seattle and only happened to be driving through Everett that day when I decided to take the test drive. I'm so glad I did, because I returned the next day to purchase the Tucson! There are many other dealerships I could have gone to that might have been more convenient in distance, but I returned to Hyundai of Everett because of the way I was treated, and of course they worked with me on price/payments as well. Brian was absolutely great during the entire process - it never felt like he was pushing me buy anything. We actually joked with each other the entire time. I had the same great experience with the Finance Manager I worked with, Joe Frasquillo. When I've purchased cars in the past, meeting with the Finance person has typically been my least favorite part. Joe instantly put me at ease because he was very friendly, and took his time explaining all of my options. He didn't get frustrated with my questions, and respected any decisions I made. Overall, I had a remarkable experience with the entire staff. They all seem to enjoy what they do, which makes them a pleasure to deal with. They don't seem to employ the traditional "slick" or "pushy" salespeople that typically are associated with car sales. first of all i would like to start saying that we love the hyundai cars. we have been customers since 2004 when we bought an elentra. jackie walton was our sales person at the time. she is very profession the hyundai cars. we have been customers since 2004 when we bought an elentra. jackie walton was our sales person at the time. she is very professional and very nice to work with she made it so easy for us to buy that car always smiling easy to talk and a very warm personality.shortly after that our oldest son came home on leave from the airforce and wanted to buy a used car so we told him about our car and our experince we had with her and she got him into a brand new 2005 accent.he was so happy with it and her for making it so easy for him. then in december 2006 we decided to up grade for a bigger car so i went back and went looking for jackie again because she is so easy to deal with when buying a new car. so totmy surprise it happen to be here day off. so igot to work with her partner jeff plunkett. at the time i really did not want to work with him because i didnt know him and jackie took such good care of us. but i am glad to say that jeff took care of us just as jackie had in the past. we bought a sonota from him that very day. everytime i went to the dealership for service if they were there they would always come up say hello and see how we are doing and they always remember us by our first names. about a week ago iwent back and bought another used sonota the limited version and jeff helped again with the purchase of it and we couldnt be happier. we were treated the same way as always or even if we were a first time custmer. they both have always treated us well and always called us after the sale to see if we were happy with the car we bought. i cant say enough words about the hyundai cars or this dealership. we have always been taken care of and the car serviced right. all i know i will always drive a hyundai. if you ever loose jackie or jeff as sales personal you will loose a great asset from your company. i would like to thank hyundai of everett for all the wonderful years of driving worry free and all the reaible cars we have bought from you. sincerely David and Elaine olson More
