I had a unique situation. We were on vacation in Canada with a rental car and damaged the hubcap. I called the parts department at Hyundia of Everett to order a replacement hubcap so that I could pick it u with a rental car and damaged the hubcap. They rush ordered my hubcap and had it there the very next day. When I drove into the dealership at 530pm to picked up my hubcap, I realized the rental car had no jack or lug wrench. To my surprise, Chris Maxwell in the service department found a portable jack, put the hubcap on himself and I was back out on the road in 20min....unbelieveable! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any repair shop and thanks to Chris I was still able to make my flight. More

I called about a used car online, and spoke with Brian Perrigo. He indicated the car was not ready for a test drive yet, so I asked him to contact me as soon as it was available and out of precheck. After a test drive and discussion, we came to an agreement on price.
