They both listened to my needs and treated me with excellent customer service. This was from the kind of vehicle suited for me to the financial process. It is my second Hyundai. The experience of purchasing a new vehicle is a stressful time. Becky and Brian made the process easy, smooth and fast once I knew what I wanted. The experience was thorough and done with a team approach. Every question or concern I had was addressed and I didn't feel rushed into anything. It was nice to see that teamwork. I walked out of there a new owner of the right vehicle and warranty. We have been dreaming of a Sonata since they first came out. We had previously purchased a 3-door hatchback Accent for a commute car. Walking into Hyudai of Everett was like a breath of fresh air after visiting a number of other dealerships...Hyundai and others. But our salesman, Don Rae, was very friendly and helpful without being the least bit pushy. He even found the vehicle I was looking for in Portland and had it driven up to Everett while sticking to the great quote I had received via the Internet. Knowing that I was from out of town and my flexibility for getting to Everett was limited, Joe even came in to meet me on his day off to complete the paperwork. On the day we were to take delivery, Joe even called me to tell me the weather was really bad in Everett because he knew my wife was concerned about driving to Everett in that kind of weather. This was, without a doubt, the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. I'd like to thank Hyundai of Everett, and Don Rae in particular, for showing me that there are still a few places where buying a new car doesn't have to be a painful experience! More

Larry Peden was the salesman working with me and he was extremely kind, helpful, and NOT pushy! I knew what I wanted when I got there, but he made sure that I was informed about exactly what I was getting, so there were no surprises. When it came to the financing the woman helping me was Becky Zuckerberg. She was also very kind and helpful. She did everything in her power to give me the best deal possible . She was also very proficient! I was able to get in and out of the dealership quickly thanks to her expertise. Overall my experience was a wonderful first-time buyer experience. They really took out all of the guesswork of buying a car. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking for a good deal on a great car, and wants to have fun doing it.
