I have never been at all interested in going to a dealership for a car. I can tell when it's not going to be good, when before you step out of your car you feel like a lamb in the pack of wolves. I use to listen to BJ Shea talk about a Hyundai dealership in Everett somewhere? Anyway it sounded like a great place. I was happy to find Gary the "Hyundai Ferry's" home. Everything I had heard from BJ was right-on. That is why all 5's. Don Rae even rode out to my house with my wife so I could look at a car like my wife liked. He was making sure we knew how all the equipment worked and helped sinc our phone before we drove off. Told us the 2013 we liked was being delivered within a few days and to drive it first to make sure we liked it. No pressure at all and Becky Zuckerberg the finance person was like talking to a friend we had known for years. The whole time from start to finish was painless. That big because I had worked for a dealer for 12 years back in the 70's. If you don't believe me go in for yourself and look at the "WALL of SHAME" from other dealers and look at the "WALL of FAME" from all their satisfied customers. It was impressive and a awesome experience. More
What a refreshing car buying experience. My wife and I initially met with Sandie the first time we visited, but were later helped by Brian as Sandie was busy when we returned. We never felt pressured at all and they were quite knowledgeable on the products they were selling. Brian allowed us to test drive the car we ended up purchasing (2011 Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track) alone so we felt completely comfortable evaluating the car honestly to ourselves. When we returned, Brian made the whole purchase process as quick and painless as I've ever experienced. As a side note, our first experience with this dealership was a couple of years ago when we first arrived in WA. I had a Tiburon at the time and brought it in as it was making odd noises after being transported up from CA. They took a look at the car, found nothing wrong, and advised us that this sometimes happens after being on a car carrier. They charged us nothing for helping us. They were honest with us and that made an impression on us. We will be servicing our "new" Genesis here as well. More
This was the best car experience that we have had over the years. Don was friendly, knowledgable and accurate. He came in on his day off to accomodate our needs. Larry made my car purchase experience the most enjoyable I have ever had, way beyond my greatest expectations. He went above and beyond to make my experience very pleasant. He worked with me to fullfill all my needs and wants in buying the very best car for me. He went out of his way to get the exact color for me, went so far as when my car arrived he came to my house , picked me up and drove me to the dealership. He helped me with pricing, financing, even with finding the best auto insurance. He went over everything I needed to know in great detail. He was very patient and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I felt no pressure at all. In fact every one at the Hyundai dealership in Everett were very nice and friendly. It was a car buying experience of a life time, one that one only hopes and dreams of! I cannot imagine ever doing business any where else. My wife and I were first time car buyers looking for a mid-sized car and after spending a couple of weeks researching/test driving decided to go for a new 2012 Elantra. We pretty much contacted all the Hy mid-sized car and after spending a couple of weeks researching/test driving decided to go for a new 2012 Elantra. We pretty much contacted all the Hyundai dealers around Seattle area requesting for quotes. Not only Jackie Walton from Hyundai of Everett was the first to respond, but she was very upfront on the price they offered which was almost 500 dollars lower than the next best price. All the other dealers were either sketchy about the price or offered a price which was significantly higher citing additional markup "since the car was very popular". Some of them even told us to visit their dealership to get the price despite us mentioning all the specifications. We eventually decided to go with Hyundai of Everett. At the Hyundai of Everett dealership, we were greeted by friendly staff and Jackie listened to all our requirements and concerns without being pushy about making a sale. She was also very patient during the test drive letting me drive on both highway and bumpy roads to get an feel for the car in all conditions. I personally felt she has good knowledge of cars and keeps your interest in mind while helping choose accessories, colors etc. After we decided to take the car, she got the paper work done in a jiffy and even managed to get the lowest APR financing (thanks to Joe from finance who patiently explained us all the terms and conditions without being pushy for additional insurances/warranties etc) She was also very accommodating in letting us take the delivery of the car on a later date and even offered us to meet us half way between Seattle and Everett. Not wanting to inconvenience her we requested for an early morning pickup and she gladly accommodated it opening the showroom an hour earlier than usual and having the car all washed up with full tank. Even after the sale, Jackie has been very professional in following up about our satisfaction with the car and has been very prompt in responding to our emails. Given the wonderful first time car buying experience, I would definitely recommend Hyundai of Everett & Jackie for their exceptional customer service, friendly attitude and best prices :) More
Was able to get a price that was acceptable for my purchase and it was done easily via email and when it came to time to actually purchase the vehicle, there was not changes in what I want for the con purchase and it was done easily via email and when it came to time to actually purchase the vehicle, there was not changes in what I want for the contract and it went very smoothly.
