We actually looked Hyundai of Everett up after having sat down with Hyundai of Seattle. We just weren't satisfied with Hyundai of Seattle. As soon as Jeff Plunkett took the phone call I knew within the fir down with Hyundai of Seattle. We just weren't satisfied with Hyundai of Seattle. He kept us engaged in the whole process and was transparent with costs and decisions. Friendliness goes along way in this business and the whole staff is on the ball as soon as you walk in the door, with the buyer and each other; Hyundai of Everett is very accommodating overall for the buyer in making big decisions. The staff is very efficient and operates with longstanding history in mind. They 'shuttled' us through all the paper work with clarity, and we moved along through this as smoothly as the cars they sell. Our next car, most likely a Hyundai, will be bought at this dealer. Very, very responsive dealership. After a very short test drive...I went with my gut and bought a 2010 Genesis. I wanted to see certain numbers and Sandi MADE IT HAPPEN!! And fast! I know who has the customer in mind and who has their profit in mind. She is a great salesperson! One of very few out there in my opinion. We also worked with Joe on the financing. Numbers were even lower! Also, when any type of warranty is offered to me...I usually tune out. Not with Joe. He explained every detail so well that there was no question.
