Don Rae was our sales associate. He was great! Super-informative, very congenial, honest, and low-pressure. He took us on a test drive of a Tucson, easily answered every question we asked, and wasn't the least bit worried when we left to check out other dealerships in the area. And for good reason. We ended up coming back to talk to Don before the day was out. He was very up-front as we discussed numbers, and got us a great deal on a 2013 Tucson. Joe Frasquillo (who was also very nice) finished out our paperwork. Everything on the paperwork matched what was discussed- there were no surprises. Both men stayed after close on a Sunday night to get our paperwork finished up. They made an effort to be thorough but fast (no languishing for hours in the showroom!). I am most impressed, however, with how well Hyundai of Everett seems to treat its customers for the life of their vehicle ownership. If you keep one dealer plate-frame on your vehicle you get discounts on services (not sure if it's just oil changes or all services). Don already scheduled my first oil change for me. If you purchase the extra warranty, you get extra perks like free towing and roadside assistance, partial reimbursements on tires, and 4 dents&dings removed each year you own the car. Now THAT is the kind of surprise information I don't mind hearing at a dealership! In short, I'm very impressed with Hyundai of Everett in general and Don Rae in particular. Looking forward to many years of high-quality interactions with this dealership! More

We bought a new Sante FE from Hyundai of Everett and we couldn't be happier. Everything was great, especially Jeff Plunkett. He worked with us to get us a great deal on a 2012 New Santa fe. We have already recommended Jeff and eveyone at Hyundai of Everett to many friends of ours. And we will continue to do so. 9/7/12 My mother's car was towed to this dealership twice in 2 weeks due to stalling and not being able to restart the car. The service dept. couldn't diagnose the problem and is now going to send her twice in 2 weeks due to stalling and not being able to restart the car. The service dept. couldn't diagnose the problem and is now going to send her home with a car that is sure to fail and leave her stranded again. This is not an acceptable solution for her, or anyone. 9/17/12 update: Before going to pick up the car on 9/7 I called to talk to a manager (again) about this problem because we were not willing to take the car without it having been repaired. About an hour after talking to Justin Meek, I got a call back saying that the service dept. had finally duplicated the stalling problem and were going to replace the fuel pump. They have done so, and my mom is back on the road as of 9/14. So far, so good. The car is not stalling anymore. For my 85 year-old mother this situation caused a great deal of anxiety. I can understand that the dealership couldn't just throw parts at the car in hopes of fixing something that didn't show up in their diagnostic tests, but they could have narrowed down the possibilities based on the symptoms my mom described, and their experience and expertise with their vehicles. Even the 2 tow truck drivers couldn't get the car to start and said the car needed a fuel pump. You would think the mechanics would have an even better idea of what the problem would be. Anyway, we finally have the problem resolved, hopefully. More

This is one of the easiest and most stress free car buying experiences I have ever had. We explained to Larry exactly what we were lookng for and our price range and he stered us in the right direction buying experiences I have ever had. He was up front with what type of vehicles were available anad was knowledgeable in leases as well as sales. We decided to buy a new car rather than lease and he did everything he could to make the deal happen. No high pressure sales tatics and he explained every step of the transaction. This was the easiest, most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. We had our eye on a very specific Hyundai Santa Fe at another dealership that was over an hour away. Luckily we had heard about special pricing for Costco members so we checked in to that and within minutes we had a call from Sandi at Hyundai of Everett. She informed us that they had a vehicle with a similar engine just not with all the extras we wanted but we could go there and take it for a test drive and if we liked it then they could get it delivered for us. So we took the test drive and loved it and began the paperwork. The other dealership had what I thought was a very good price but without any haggling at all they presented a price even lower. I went into the experience expecting them to try to sell it to us for a higher price and having to spend hours haggling over the price. This did not happen at all. We test drove the car, did all the paperwork and worked out financing in under two hours. Unfortunately it was late in the afternoon so we were not able to get the car that day since it had to be delivered from the other dealership. But they called the next day and said that it was ready to be picked up and it was exactly what we were expecting. The car was totally detailed and ready to go for us when we arrived. I love how small and quiet this dealership is. You aren't attacked by 18 salespeople when you drive in the parking lot. It appeared that there were only three salespeople working the day we were there and it just makes for such a stress free experience. I also liked how for trade-ins they go right to the Blue Book price instead of giving you a ridiculous low-ball offer and wasting your time and/or insulting your intelligence. I must admit that I did find it slightly annoying being told how good the dealership was with their customer service and everything else. I would rather they just prove it and let me decide for myself, but ultimately I understand why they are rated #1 for customer satisfaction because they did prove it in my opinion and I would definitely recommend Sandi and Hyundai of Everett to everyone. I was bargain hunting a looking for a good model year end deal on a Tucson. I exchanged e-mails with Brian and he made me a very fair offer. I had a bad experience buying a car from another dealer where they had quoted a price and then added on a bunch of extra charges. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the price quoted was really the price. I bought the car that night. It was late and past closing but Robert Laird took the time to throughly reiveiw the financing documents and warranty. They also took by 2003 RAV 4 as a trade in even though it needed a new transmission! I would highly recommend this dealership More

Today, Hyndai of Everett changed my mind about dealers and the people that work for them, BIG TIME. There were smiling faces and absolutely no pressure when ve visited them for the first time a couple weeks ago. When my wife and I went there again today, Sandi remembered us and greeted us with the same relaxed manner as before. We were interested in two models of the Hyndai and she set us up with driving each of them. We finally chose the Elantra and the purchase of same was so smooth and easy going that I feel obligated to respond. Becky Z then took over on the paper work and continued to make us feel at home with her pleasant,very friendly and professional handling of the forms that seem to be a part of getting a new car. Would I recommend these people? - You better believe it. The car also makes me feel satisfied - good response and comfortable.
