The was by far the most pleasant new car purchase I have ever experienced. I had been to Hyundai of Everett once for service on my prior Hyundai and was impressed with the service I received. I can't say enough about this dealership. I went in and bought the cheapest car on the lot but you would never have known. I was treated by everyone that I came into contact with nothing but great customer bought the cheapest car on the lot but you would never have known. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Jeff in a freindly, no-pressure manner. We discussed our intentions, the features that were important to us, etc. Jeff patiently helped us walk back and in a freindly, no-pressure manner. We discussed our intentions, the features that were important to us, etc. Jeff patiently helped us walk back and forth between different models with different options so we could determine what we liked. We were pleasantly surprised at the looks and features of the new 2013 Tucson, and opted it over the 2013 Santa Fe. We were offered exactly what I hope for the trade-in, and the price of the Tucson was low enough that we were able to afford the Limited model, which had some options that we would love to have but expected to live without - like all leather interior, heated seats & mirrors, electric seat adjustment, voice-activated phone calls, etc. The quality of the car is obvious by the sound of the doors closing, steady seam gap between body and hood and doors, fit and finish. Jeff guided us through a thorough road trip. When we were done, we knew the Tucson was the car we wanted. Jeff's pride in working for Hyundia since 1991 was obvious. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who made us feel that we had more to gain from the purchase than he did. If he makes a commission, it doesn't show. There was never any pressure, but always the desire to answer any questions and explain all the features. From previous experience with car purchases, I expected a high pressure deluge to purchase additional options. Instead, we were allowed to surf the online catalog for any items of interest. We had already done that at home a few days earlier and came to Hyundia of Everett with a list. Everything we wanted was already included in the Limited model with the exception of the weather-proof cargo mat. So we threw that in. Too easy. And when it came time to discuss financing and warranty, Joe did a great job of explaining everything. He even found a way to lower the final cost AND lower the interest rate. The Hyundia warranty is unbelievable, and Joe was wonderful at explaining the significance of the 10-year WRAP. Before we left with our new car, Jeff made sure to show us the features of the hi-fi system and sync both of our cell phones and scheduled our first (and complimentary!) oil change. More

Hyundai of Everett was the first dealership I visited in my car search where I didn't feel patronized or pressured. As a young woman in her mid-20's, I found salesmen at other dealerships liked to call me " my car search where I didn't feel patronized or pressured. As a young woman in her mid-20's, I found salesmen at other dealerships liked to call me "honey" and talk about how I probably only had "baby credit." Other dealerships often assumed I knew nothing about the vehicles and tried telling me cars were "the cheapest they would ever be!" or that they had "just come on the lot!", when other websites showed me otherwise (such as a car being $2k cheaper when it was originally on sale 6 months prior). Hyundai of Everett was like a breath of fresh air and the complete opposite of every bad salesman stereotype. They treated me respectfully, let me test drive a vehicle with no pushing, and let me walk off the lot to think about things without chasing me down. Don Rae was especially helpful and easy to reach, even on his day off. When the car I was originally in the process of negotiating for sold before I had committed, he helped me find an even better car for a deal that was more than fair and even threw in some extra accessories. The price was broken down for me so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and there was no mystery figures added on to anything. Don Rae is what a salesman should be. He was honest, fair, and easy to work with. In financing, Robert Laird was patient as we read *all* of the fine print and then helped me find a rate that matched my own bank's offer. After the sale was finalized, Don stayed after hours to help me set up the bluetooth on my phone and show me other extra features we went over briefly on the test drive. He then checked in with me a few days later to see if I had any additional questions and when I did have a question for my car insurance, Don responded to my email the same day. They also offered a discount on oil changes if I kept one of their license plate holders. I would recommend Hyundai of Everett to anyone! More

He was good about showing me all the cars they had available, new and used that fit the narrow parameters I gave him. Never once did he pressure me to get a new car, offered as an option, along with the xxxxxxand cons (for my situation) and was more than happy to run the numbers on both a new and used. When I settled on a used car, he didn't switch tactics. Overall, was the best buying experience I've had (under the circumstances) and I left feeling like I was listened to and my needs were considered first and then the sale. The price was fair, I hope, we will see down the road (so to speak) but the experience was certainly made MUCH easier thanks to Jeff and also thanks to the Finance Officer I worked with (Robert Laird) who secured a great rate and diffused the otherwise stressful day with a great sense of humor. I left feeling like I just shot the breeze with some friends, not the usual feeling of being beaten up by xxxxx in an alley that I the felt in the past. Who'd have thought I'd ever actually take the time to say POSITIVE things about a car dealership!?!? (No offense Guys). This is the fourth Hyundai I have purchased at this dealership. Jeff was very informative. I was debating between an elantra and the sonata. He explained the pros and cons of each. I basically told them the deal I wanted, and if it didn't happen I would not be upset as I loved my Sonata I was currently driving. I decided on a 2013 Sonata(shes a beauty). Then Robert worked his magic and got me an excellent interest rate and terms, even though my credit is less than perfect. I am a female and car shopping is right up there with having my finger nails pulled off. Believe me when I tell you buying a car from Hyundai of Everett is painless. After the purchase the service continues with their excellent service department. I feel they treat my car like they would treat their own. Thanks Jeff for another great car buying experience.
