My 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with just over 120,000 miles, developed an engine knock, the engine light came on and the car went into protective mode. I immediately limped the car to my Everett Hyundai dealers developed an engine knock, the engine light came on and the car went into protective mode. I immediately limped the car to my Everett Hyundai dealership an hour before closing, and a day before a two week vacation! The dealership immediately knew what the problem was. The assured me they would take care of the problem and walked me through the process. They offered me a loaner car, which I didn’t need. At the end of the day, I was promptly provided a ne engine at no cost to me! The technician recommended three additional small fixes, to bring the car to nearly new condition!! The dealership kept me informed of each step and offered to keep my car safe at the dealership until I returned from vacation!!! I’ve always had great service from this dealership and can’t say enough to express my gratitude for that team!!! More

The decision to make a new purchase was not a hard one to make, nor do we have buyers remorse. More
5 Stars – Exceptional Experience with Aurea Ryba and Mike Renz at Hyundai of Everett! My husband and I were originally in Everett to look at a used Toyota—something small and affordable, since I’m only 5 feet tall and needed a car that fits me well. Unfortunately, the car we came to see wasn’t available, and the dealer didn’t offer any alternatives aside from electric vehicles (which we weren’t interested in). Since we were already in the area, we decided to check out other dealerships nearby. After an underwhelming experience at a used Toyota lot, we made a spontaneous stop at Hyundai of Everett—and that’s when everything changed. Before we even stepped out of the car, Aurea came out to greet us with a warm smile and friendly energy. We hadn’t even been considering Hyundai, but she immediately made us feel welcome. After explaining what we were looking for, Aurea took me straight to a Hyundai Venue in a beautiful teal green. I instantly fell in love with the color—and once I sat inside, the adjustable seat and telescopic steering wheel made it clear this car was perfect for someone my size. Even my taller husband fit comfortably! And for a brand-new vehicle, the price was very reasonable. We hadn’t planned to buy a new car that day, but Aurea’s helpful, pressure-free approach really made us feel comfortable. Aurea was incredibly nice, friendly, and knowledgeable—she’s the kind of salesperson who makes you feel like you’re shopping with your best friend. No pressure, just genuine guidance and support throughout the entire process. When it came time to do the paperwork, Mike, who handled the document processing, was also fantastic. Initially, we declined the 10-year extended warranty, but after Mike clearly explained the benefits and coverage, we realized it was worth it and decided to add it. He was professional, informative, and never pushy. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. I want to highlight that we never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership. Everyone we interacted with was polite, respectful, and welcoming. We signed the papers, brought back the cashier’s check the next day, and drove off with a car we truly love. If you’re in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Aurea. She’s truly a gem—and shout-out to Mike too for making the paperwork process just as smooth. Highly recommend! More
