I purchase a new vehicle here. I knew exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. By the time I walked out of there I was so f-ing confused about what was going on. But, they bul wanted and knew exactly what I wanted to pay for it. By the time I walked out of there I was so f-ing confused about what was going on. But, they bullied me into buying it. Just because I didn't have the best credit. They refused to honor the full 5000.00 rebate that was promised. The car ended up having several issues with it. I was in the shop every other week. They said it was all me. I even had one say I was too high maintenance. I mean what the hell. I finance 26000.00 and they expected me to deal with the problems on a new car. I complained several time to the BBB and got them involved. They lied to me. They even went so low as to not refund me the difference for the licensing. I had nothing but problems. That's why I refuse to go back there. I have a lemon for a car and they refused to help. It even took the actual manufacturer to finish the settlement. All the while the company got my money and screwed me hard. Just fyi... I got the base model and they said it was suppose to be that expensive... They are just there to confuse you, make you feel like there is no other choice in this matter. And, they haven't been nice since I signed on the dotted line. They said they treat you like family? HA... They are fucking scandalous then... They are like cracked out scandalous family members. DONT EVER GO THERE. THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR ALL YOUR WORTH... AND YOU WILL HAVE TO GO BANKRUPT BY THE NEXT YEAR. More
I have to wonder about some of the other comments here. This dealership has a terrific reputation for giving back to the community with scholarships, donations to organizations, and promotion of youth spor This dealership has a terrific reputation for giving back to the community with scholarships, donations to organizations, and promotion of youth sports. So a bad experience with a salesperson or two shouldn't indict an entire dealership. I bought an Aveo, was happy with the price, and didn't get any sales treatment I haven't come to expect in a commission-based transaction. How some of the reviewers can rate some of the areas when they never made a purchase, I don't understand. More
This is the worst dealership that I have ever visited. These guys do all the dirty tricks that you have read about. The moment I stepped into the dealership, their only aim was to sell me any car, right These guys do all the dirty tricks that you have read about. The moment I stepped into the dealership, their only aim was to sell me any car, right at that very moment. They don't care what you want. When I said "I am looking for 2.3L Black colored S touring Mazda 3", the salesman says "We don't have that model but why don't you go for this titanium gray Mazda3 I". Then when you ask for a price quote, these bastards really start handing you off from one sales person to another just to frustrate you and agree on the price they would like. They start drawing figures on a paper which absolutely don't make any sense. To further irritate me and my wife, the asshole was telling me story of how his 90 year old grandfather made a decision to marry at 90 and got married the very same day. He wanted me to take that as an example and make a decision to buy the car immediately. What was he thinking ??? I walked out never to return. More
The biggest reason I want to give these assholes a bad rating is because I am a minor and they suggested I start drinking because I was worried about finances about the car my boyfriend and I were thinkin rating is because I am a minor and they suggested I start drinking because I was worried about finances about the car my boyfriend and I were thinking about purchasing. We came because we had an appointment to test drive only. When we told them that they brought us to their office and had us sign some figures for credit. When they found out my boyfriend had great credit they started turning into vultures, pressuring us to buy it, almost tricking him into signing a PIECE of PAPER with something THEY WROTE (not an official document) saying he will buy the car. We were worried about finances after buying the car, if we did. They told us that we would still have plenty of money left over. What the hell would they know? When we were out on the lot, they kept talking to me like I was going to be driving and buying. I do not drive. They kept leering and gawking at me and gave my boyfriend, the purchaser, no eye contact or direct confirmations. They did not tell us the safety rating when I asked them. Lets see what else. When my boyfriend was on the phone with his mother to tell him the news Leo, one of the dealers, told me, "He needs to get rid of his own car, what is there to think about? Why is he not buying it right now? What is there to decide?" When we told them his car is 11 years old and only has 76K miles that put them in their place a bit. They kept us there for an extra two hours trying to figure insurance rates. When we expressed that we wanted to wait a while to decide they shifted some numbers around and thought that 10 dollars less a month was going to save us a lot. Yeah, thats going to buy us the extra food and gas we need. Bullshit. My bf and I did a budget to see how much we would have left over every month. One of the other guys came in, turned the paper over, and started writing some figures. He ASSUMED that we spent 4000 a year repairing his car (note: we have never had to go in for a repair yet, ever) but it went in one ear and out the other for him. He still wrote down 4000 that we spent on it every year, and pulled some other numbers out of his ass and claimed we would be SAVING money buying this new car. Hi, I want to go to graduate college, I dont think paying almost 600 a month extra is going to get me there OR save us money. When we tried to get up to leave they kept going "WAIT WAIT, we will be right back," then bring someone ELSE in with them. Another thing that pissed us off? We had to deal with six or seven different salesmen, they kept tag-teaming us. We had two of them on us once playing "good cop bad cop" trying to fool us into buying that car. It is a nice car but you could buy the same car, cheaper, with more options on the Chevy website. They tried to get us to go into the car, "no strings attached"...leave our original car that they hate on the lot? I dare to think what they'd do to our car. They were pure evil. When we finally did walk out, with no title to the car, as soon as we told them we were going to leave, they were just like "K, BYE." VERY rude and disrespectful. If they want us to buy their goddamn car they should at least try being nice and acting like they WANT our business. Beware of this place. The dealers here are complete assholes, have no respect for the people that come in. The only thing they are looking forward to is jacking off all over their precious, precious commissions. And did I mention that they suggested I, a minor, start habitually drinking? He said it with full seriousness. This is BAD BUSINESS. We are probably going to look at the same car at a different dealership, and if we order online we are avoiding this place entirely. I would too, if I were you. I know that car salesmen are always kind of assholes, but these guys are A+ Assholes with a capital A. More
