Extremely poor, discourteous service advisor Several times in the last two years, I have had the worst service advisor, Kyle Sullivan, take care of my Chevrolet vehicle. He is condescending and Several times in the last two years, I have had the worst service advisor, Kyle Sullivan, take care of my Chevrolet vehicle. He is condescending and very rude to women. He was skeptical about complaints voiced about my car, doubting that particular systems were ineffective or inoperative, when in fact, they were. I had to make followup call after followup call to get answers on service, parts, timeline, etc. Mr. Sullivan says he'll call you back and doesn't - on multiple occasions. I can't believe that Mr. Sullivan is maintained in this capacity as a service advisor, when he is rude, curt, and unprofessional. I will never take my vehicle to Lee Johnson service again because of this man. If you are a woman, don't ever take your car to Lee Johnson for service! I can't imagine a worse dealership to take your car to, beware. Although the Chevy dealership closest to my home, I will drive a hundred miles not to deal with Kyle Johnson or his supervisor, Scott Sammons. Mr. Sammons wholely supported Mr. Sullivan, not listening to my side of the story regarding a complaint. This place is honestly the worst for servicing your Chevy. Steer clear of Lee Johnson. More

Robbie worked very hard to get me into a new vehicle as I desperatel I purchased my vehicle from Lee Johnson on Saturday. My experience was wonderful. Robbie worked very hard to get me into a new vehicle as I desperately needed one. My car barely made it there and I needed a new vehicle as I have two boys and always needing to be on the move. I will be back and recommending Lee Johnson to friends and family. I recommend seeing Robbie if you get the chance. More
Worst dealer ever Tested a used car in the parking lot and went to another dealership to test other cars. Sales person from Lee Johnson called and informed me that someone else had an appointment to see the car I was reviewing and I'd need to hurry there to sign some paper saying I was going to buy the car. I was not feeling well that day but signed the papers right before they closed but regret it after drinking 3 miles home because there were issues with the car. Went in the next morning and asked if they'd void the transaction but the sales guy would not call me back and when I finally tracked down a manager, he told me it's a done deal even when I offered to pay some money for taking the car home overnight. He was not polite and unhelpful, telling me I could trade in the car for a different car but there was nothing I'd be interested in at the dealership. Horrible experience! I went to another dealership and was given a signed piece of paper from that dealership letting me know I could change my mind within 3 days as they care about my buying experience and want me to like what I purchase. Definitely recommend NOT buying from Lee Johnson Chevrolet on NE 85th in Kirkland! More

Great Chevrolet Service Experience I purchased my pre-owned certified Chevy from a different dealer in early January, and was having some issues with the key fobs. I then took my Cruze I purchased my pre-owned certified Chevy from a different dealer in early January, and was having some issues with the key fobs. I then took my Cruze to Lee Johnson Chevrolet and they ordered a replacement for me covered by the 2-year warranty without any problem. They had initially thought they might need a couple days to work through a persistent programming issue, but their mechanic had the problem resolved in about 5-6 hours. While they were working on my car, they also set me up with a rental car at the Enterprise dealer next door and had me on my way very quickly without causing any disruption to my schedule. Because the work performed was direct billed to GM as a warranty issue, I cannot speak to the pricing of services provided. However, I was very pleased with the friendliness of Lee Johnson Chevy's service station employees (Chaz, David, and AJ especially), and their dedication to resolving my issue as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend visiting this Chevy location! More
After the day long “dealing” with a bunch of old-fashioned car dealers in Kirkland vicinity, I landed up in in Lee Johnson Chevrolet; pretty much tired and expecting the similar boring conversat old-fashioned car dealers in Kirkland vicinity, I landed up in in Lee Johnson Chevrolet; pretty much tired and expecting the similar boring conversations and cheap bargaining. But, unlike my expectation, the team at Lee Johnson and especially Josh Wilson made my day! I would say, this was one of the best car buying experience I ever had!! I could see that, there was indeed a sincere interest from Josh to give me the best car and the best deal possible. Josh was cordial and connected very well with me. He asked all the right questions upfront and clearly understood my requirements (I was not very particular on a car model; but my priorities were to get the best trade-in value and a lease offer that falls in my budget! ). Even though it was pretty late on a Saturday evening, Josh was pretty energetic and took me through the entire lot to show all cars fitting my specifications. He honestly explained the pros and cons of different models and helped me with few test drives. He also took me to the Mazda and Kia dealers and engaged me with the sales team there to show me all the options available with them as well. This really helped me to take a good decision. I am sure I got a good deal for this Chevy Cruze! But more importantly, the entire experience was awesome, and Josh Wilson and team gave me all help required to make a good decision! More

I gave him a very vague outline of what I was looking for and the price I wanted. He was able to beat my budget and get me a better car than I had wanted. I was pleasantly surprised. Then when I told him I didn't have a ride and would have to pick up the car another time, he followed me home and drove me back to the dealership so I could pick up the car right then! The man in charge of finances was equally helpful in setting me up with a loan and working with me to obtain a warranty that fit my needs. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and polite the staff were. If you do want to buy a car be sure to ask for Brian. More
We were looking for a 2012 Sonic Hatchback. Our Sales rep was Brian Elich. We were looking for a certain color and add on package after test driving the Sonic. Within 24 hrs, we received a an email fro rep was Brian Elich. We were looking for a certain color and add on package after test driving the Sonic.
