Horrific service dept To get out of warranty, service advisor claimed GM builds Corvette wheels to withstand a max legal speed limit of 60mph! My question is what happens t To get out of warranty, service advisor claimed GM builds Corvette wheels to withstand a max legal speed limit of 60mph! My question is what happens to my Corvette when driven where speed limits are 70mph? Fall apart? Then talking with their manager, where they had previously refused to inspect wheel due to uneven tire wear, when I had brand new tires, manager claimed Discount Tire must have damaged my wheel when mounting new tires! Even though I had brought the issue to their attention six months ago when they refused to inspect the wheel properly but did not hesitate to charge me for their time. More

He was able to answer the many questions we had about EVs in general and the Bolt in particular. Before leaving the facility (we drove off in the vehicle we test drove), they cleaned and inspected the car thoroughly and provided a "call back" form for an issue with the windshield they discovered and will repair.
