He was thorough with what needed to be done and quick while I waited. He also offered advice for my older Mazda that currently has a minor recall issue. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was that I had spoken with the service department a few months ago regarding distortion in the windshield glass. Everyone in service was very attentive to the issue but in the end I was told that my windshield was like all the other new CX5's so there was nothing that could be done. There is a definite subtle problem with distortion or warping that causes some serious eye strain. It's as if you can't focus your eyes. It is very uncomfortable and distracting, and although not everyone notices it, I'm not the only one that has expressed an issue when driving or riding in my car. I've read of other car brands that have had a similar issue and in those cases there was an actual problem that can occur during the manufacture of the windshield. I had hoped I would at least hear back from Mazda, especially since the regional service manager (I believe his name was Kevin), happened to be in town when I was there, and he said he would call me back. He never did. More

Pleasant Sales and Service Experience I recently bought a new Chevy to surprise my 21 year old daughter for college graduation. Robbie Cleven was my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeab I recently bought a new Chevy to surprise my 21 year old daughter for college graduation. Robbie Cleven was my sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy and never pressured me to sign right away. We negotiated a great deal with the help of his manager Connor. Robbie sourced the exact car I needed in Ellensburg, and drove there himself the next day to get my car in time to surprise my daughter. The day after my thrilled daughter got her new car, Robbie sat with her and went over all the features of her new car in great detail, very patiently. She noticed a couple tiny paint chips and faint scratches, and these were handled immediately by Scott, the Service Manager. Her car was buffed and shined to perfection, and we all were very satisfied with the level of service before, during and after the sale. I plan to return there myself within the next few months to buy myself a car! More

My question is what happens to my Corvette when driven where speed limits are 70mph? Fall apart? Then talking with their manager, where they had previously refused to inspect wheel due to uneven tire wear, when I had brand new tires, manager claimed Discount Tire must have damaged my wheel when mounting new tires! Even though I had brought the issue to their attention six months ago when they refused to inspect the wheel properly but did not hesitate to charge me for their time. More
