A little disappointed So was greeted right away and told about waiting room. Clerk said I hope coffee was hot it wasn't it was cold. I asked for shuttle services as it would be a 2 hour wait was told it was not available as employee was on break for an hour. I asked can I have shuttle when he comes back was told yes then later told car would be done before he would be available. Car still took 2 hours. Just a suggestion when your employees have conflicts probably best not to have at the front desk where clients can hear. I overheard employee complian of doing overtime and that he was leaving. Later staff came and apologized for the foul language which thank goodness I did not hear. More
