I had my Silverado in for a the installation of the front seat heater control module and the heated and air conditioning user interface module. I worked with Tim Anderson as my Service Advisor. I waited in the customer lounge while the work was being done. I was told to anticipate 2-3 hours of time. Tim told me he would keep me informed about the work process and he did exactly what he said he would do. I was out the door with a washed and vacuumed truck in 2 hours. Tim did a great job and was very accommodating. Overall, it was a very good experience for me.
