I had my Silverado in for a the installation of the front seat heater control module and the heated and air conditioning user interface module. I worked with Tim Anderson as my Service Advisor. Tim told me he would keep me informed about the work process and he did exactly what he said he would do. I was out the door with a washed and vacuumed truck in 2 hours.
