I had called the night before to get an estimate of the time that the service would take. I w I took my Kia in for its first service this last week. When I arrived, I was told that I should have an warranty covered engine check while I was there. That added an estimated two hours or more to the planned service time. It would have been nice to know about that in advance for my planning purposes. Fortunately, the additional check did not take as long as it might have, and I was out in about an hour and 45 minutes.
