Easy, Friendly and Comfortable Brian was wonderful, he actually helped me with 3 cars in a 3 month period. I had an unfortunate run of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and Brian was wonderful, he actually helped me with 3 cars in a 3 month period. I had an unfortunate run of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and was involved in 2 accidents that totaled 2 cars (both of which Brian was patient and understanding of our budget and what we were financially able to afford *comfortably). Then the icing on the cake, my husbands car died while we were out of town, so 1st thing when we came back, we called Brian for a 3rd car (he again, found us everything my husband needed for a dependable, fuel efficient work vehicle). It's safe to say Brian will be our car guy for the foreseeable future! More

From the moment I called Lee Johnson and talked to Kathy Cope to set up an appointment to see a 2017 Jeep they'd gotten on trade-in, I felt that she and the company were dedicated to good customer service. I was wrong. They're dedicated to GREAT customer service. Their prices are fair and competitive, they are honest, and they go out of their way to make buying with them a pleasure. There was a small problem with the Jeep and they did not hesitate to make it right. In just over 2 hours I had traded in my old mini-van and was happily driving home in my new/used vehicle. Dead Key Faub My battery died, I replaced it, my Key FOB quit working. I replaced the battery in it, it still didn’t work. I then went to your dealership.
