In particular, Brian Elich, Sales Manager, did an excellent job finding us the exact vehicle we wanted, even with very limited local supply. Even after we had closed a deal on a red Bolt, as our top choice of Kinetic Blue was not available, Brian agreed to look for the blue Bolt we really wanted, and went out of his way to find and trade for one of the only ones in the area with a local dealership. Easy, Friendly and Comfortable Brian was wonderful, he actually helped me with 3 cars in a 3 month period. I had an unfortunate run of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and Brian was wonderful, he actually helped me with 3 cars in a 3 month period. I had an unfortunate run of being in the wrong place at the wrong time and was involved in 2 accidents that totaled 2 cars (both of which Brian was patient and understanding of our budget and what we were financially able to afford *comfortably). Then the icing on the cake, my husbands car died while we were out of town, so 1st thing when we came back, we called Brian for a 3rd car (he again, found us everything my husband needed for a dependable, fuel efficient work vehicle). It's safe to say Brian will be our car guy for the foreseeable future! More
