If you want folks that will work with you go somewhere else I do not recommend buying a car from here. They are not well informed on vehicles that are not theirs. I keep asking about a trunk cover that I believe should have come with my car. I've called many times. There have been 5 different that have told me they will call me back at least with an answer. Its been 4 months and this never happened. Marcus originally said its probably going to be around $100, he said he would try to get it accommodated. When he found out the price is $445, he basically informed me that it was too bad. This dealership called me to pick up my license plates. I made an appointment. When I arrive, my plates are lost. The free car wash has not been turned on every time Ive gone. Its very out of the way for so much to not work. I'd love to see this place care more about the customer experience bc all in all while there are good people with good personalities. The outcome/results are not great. More
