We did not feel rushed or pressured, in fact he went above and beyond in showing us all options available. We had decided to think about it and it was such a relief and less stressful when you are working with a person who generally cares about customers wants and understands the importance of patience when looking to purchase a new car. Gursh was great; he answered all the questions we had with a positive attitude! Everyone at that dealership was just so helpful and kind, in fact one time my husband and I were in the waiting area and I mentioned that I had a terrible headache. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later, Kathy was there to greet us and show us all the available variations of our model (the Chevy Bolt) to choose from. A few decisions later, we went through the financing options and paperwork - all a very easy, cheerful process. Kathy answered all our questions (as did the other staff members during the financing phase) and introduced us to our new car and its features. There was never any rush or process throughout the process, which we both very much appreciated. It allowed us to make the decisions that made us happy, and resulted in our leaving with exactly the car we wanted. :-) More
