Great experience! Brian was great. I came into the dealership when the sales guy I was working with wasn’t in. Brian took over when he didn’t have to and he closed the Brian was great. The financing expert, Jack, was very, very pleasing to us and obviously experienced in what he was doing (finance papers took less than 10 minutes!). Brian was super patient with us the entire way. We were going back and forth on a decision for a solid 2-4 hours, so that says a lot. He was very informed on what the vehicle had to offer, and even more informed on the best strategy for us to get the vehicle. (He is also super funny and friendly). Very happy with the experience. When you'd rather have a root canal than shop for a car I absolutely HATE car shopping! Both my husband and I drive our vehicles until they are begging to be retired and then we donate them. We also insist on paying cash so no financing either. Lee Johnson was where we had purchased our previous vehicle many years ago so we decided to give them another try. Kathy Cope and Dan Qaqish were awesome! They were helpful and informative throughout the process and let us make up our own minds without the heavy sales pressure. Yes, they did try to sell the usual add-ons that all dealerships offer but were respectful when we declined. The reason that I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the interactions with the finance guy Javier Cortez. He assumed that my husband was the driver behind the purchase (when in fact I was) so he focused his attention on him. He was high pressure and "do it my way or not at all" with an abrasiveness and a rather hostile attitude, and made a snide comment about us being 'legal'. Had we not liked the vehicle, and had such a positive experience with Kathy, Dan, and Tracie, we probably would have walked. Overall, Kathy and Dan made the sale and in a couple of years when our twins are driving (omg!), they will definitely be the guys that will come to mind. Oh! And Kathy gives great hugs and loves flowers and cookies too! More
