My sales agent, Gersh delivered on Saturday, but today I felt it was Groundhog Day. I completed the review for Saturday's experience as 5 star. Today, I don't feel the same. When I brought to your felt it was Groundhog Day. I completed the review for Saturday's experience as 5 star. Today, I don't feel the same. When I brought to your attention the time that I lost, me starting a new job YESTERDAY, being inconvenienced for two hours, you never acknowledged where your dealership did not communicate with myself regarding the employment verification that was submitted around 10am Monday from my employer to Capital One. Neither did you appear apologetic for my inconvenience. On Saturday, when I completed all the paperwork, it was communicated to you that: 1. Monday, my employer would verify with Capital One Auto my employment, which they did. 2. I would be coming in Tuesday to make my downpayment and present insurance verification, which I did. What should have been maybe a 15 min process (just paying the downpayment) and leaving, ended up being two hours of lost time, of a job I just started. I felt that you were scrambling to detail the car, but somebody was eating in it; there's so there's crumbs in the console from food. I've never eaten in this car and I don't have any plans to... that's not my issue. If anything the car should have been detailed by Monday at the latest- not today because after the car was sold Saturday ( I signed all the paperwork) Why wasn't it just put to the side and for me to pick up. You made everything so seamless on Saturday. But today, I just walked away very disappointed because I lost a lot of time. If If I was the sales agent, I would have reached out to my client to say hey as of Monday 4pm... it's almost close of business, and we haven't received your verification, giving me a heads up. l dotted my "Is" and crossed my T's. Someone should have assisted me with facilitating what was missing on my end or why wasn't Capital One communicating with you guys because today was just crazy rigmarole today. More
