Words can't honestly express how impressed I was with working with Darren Dillingham. He was so patient in trying to help me find the right car that he even sent me many text messages to keep me updated working with Darren Dillingham. He was so patient in trying to help me find the right car that he even sent me many text messages to keep me updated with things over the weekend!! I have never seen that before. You can tell he loves his job and loves to help people when he goes above and beyond what he is required to do. He had a great personality and made it so easy to talk to and I knew that he was a true and sincere person. I felt like I developed a great relationship with Darren, so much so that I felt like he was taking good care of me and putting me in a car that was right for me and my family. I honestly feel like I should be adding him to our Christmas card list this year. :o) He was great in explaining every detail of my new car and he even put my son's child seat in for me. You don't see true gentlemen like that much anymore. I would also have to say that Tom Farnham was a pleasure to work with as well and I thank him so much for making it possible for me to drive away with a new Honda Civic. Just like Darren, he had an awesome personality that made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the start. Lee Honda has a great team and they should be very pleased to have such great people like Darren and Tom as part of their company. Thanks again, you guys are awesome!!! More
Darren Dillingham was introduced to us by the sales manager. He answered all our questions,let us test drive the new odyssey ex-l. I came in knowing what I wanted with a price agreed on through an internet exchange. They were a little fuzzy with the numbers until I showed them a print out of the offer I had received from their intern through an internet exchange. They found the vehicle I wanted quickly, were not hard sell on options, and were very friendly. We made a deal on e-mail, it was accepted and then discussed accessories and got a great warranty, then wrapped up numbers and it was at the house the next morning. Love the new Honda Fit and couldn't be happier about our experience. Will highly recommend others take another look, go out of town and visit Lee Auto (or do like we did and buy it on the phone-we never had to step into a dealership and worked with the absolute best). He listened to what we had to say and was able to easily accomodate us. The price was originally not to our liking; however, Matt and his manager sat down with us and helped work out an acceptable term and payment amount. I/We really appreciated the fact that they were willing to negotiate the final price and options! They worked out a very reasonable trade-in for our Nissan Maxima and made the whole purchasing process pretty painless! We set up a time to come in and pick up the car the next day and we love our new 2011 Honda Civic LX-S AT! We are really looking forward to getting a much better gas mileage in this period of exorbitant gas prices! I/We would recommend LEE to anyone looking for a new car! Thank you Matt! More

Brought my 1998 CRV in for repairs, but it was in such bad shape, structurally, that it quickly became obvious that it wasn't worth repairing. That was not what I'd planned on hearing, but I believe and trust the service manager. I hadn't planned on buying a new car either, but it felt like the right thing to do. Drove home the next day in a 2011 CRV, and now I couldn't be happier. Although the experience of learning that one's faithful old vehicle isn't safe to drive, won't pass inspection, and would require major expenditures just to make it roadworthy isn't a lot of fun, the sales staff at Lee Honda were understanding and helpful. Darren Dillingham was friendly, low key, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. I had all the time I needed to ask questions, review information, learn about options, make my decision. Buying a new car can feel overwhelming; the paperwork alone is daunting. It is a pleasure to be helped through all the steps in a non-pressured manner, to feel as though I'm in good hands, to have faith in both the Lee Honda staff and the product itself. I bought my 1998 CRV from Lee; if I ever buy another car, it, too, will come from Lee. No doubt about it. By the way, my "friendliness rating" of 4, not 5, is intended to be positive. I was not overwhelmed with hearty friendliness. And that's a very good thing. I was pleasantly treated with respect and openness, but nobody tried to be my best buddy. Thanks. More
