I bought my 2004 Accord through Jim Fournier and when it came time to purchase a CRV for my wife Penny, I contacted Jim to take a test drive and discuss the vehicle's features and to compare it to the Toyot came time to purchase a CRV for my wife Penny, I contacted Jim to take a test drive and discuss the vehicle's features and to compare it to the Toyota RAV and Subaru Forester. Jim presented us with a side by side comparison of the three vehicles, comparing features and options. A very professional presentation. Subsequently, my wife decided that she didn't want to consider any of the other vehicles and desired to purchase the CRV. I requested a quote from Jim and also from Prime Honda and Berlin City Honda. All three dealership's "out the door price" were within $104 of one another. We agreed to purchase the vehicle at Lee due to my previous experience when purchasing the 2004 Accord. During the delivery process, I discovered that the "out the door price" I had been quoted by Darren (sales manager) was higher than the contract price. Apparently he and I had a miscomunication of pricing over the phone. Darren graciously agreed to honor the price I believed we had agreed upon. During our phone negotiations, he had also agreed to give us a 32" TV set with the purchase and he also kept that promise even though the contract price was lower than he thought we agreed upon. Penny and I were very pleased with Darren's willingness to admit that there had been a miscomunication between him and me and that he would honor the price that I believed was agreed upon. I believe that another sales manager, from a different dealership, may have tried to force us to accept the higher price. We are extremely pleased with our purchase experience at Lee Honda and would recommend Lee Honda and Jim Fournier to anyone that might express an interest in the purchase of a new or used auto. More
My engine light was on for quite a while before I finally broke down and took my Honda Civic Hybrid to a local Honda dealer in Southern Maine. There I was told that the integrated motor needed to be replace broke down and took my Honda Civic Hybrid to a local Honda dealer in Southern Maine. There I was told that the integrated motor needed to be replaced, to the tune of $3000. and that the part would not be under warranty. I called four other Honda dealers, two in NH and two north of Portland, Maine. Ryan at Lee Honda in Auburn, Maine was able to offer me the best price for the work (I could save $300. if I was willing to drive 100 miles round trip). Ryan was also the only customer service rep who asked me if my car was drivable and if I needed a car to get around. He got back to me promptly (within an hour, some of the other dealers it was over a day) and was kind and patient with me through out the whole process of getting the work done. Every dealer had the same message for me; the work was not under warranty. Ryan called me, after I had given him a deposit for the part, to tell me he had some really good news for me.....'really good news for me' is an understatement! He said he had to reimburse me for the deposit, because the work WAS under warranty! After 4 other dealers had told me that the work was not under warranty, Ryan was able to speak with Honda and get the work covered under warranty. When the integrated motor was replaced it was also found that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Ryan was able to get that replaced under warranty too! In all I am guessing that Ryan was able to save me over $6000. Not too shabby! So many other things happened with this whole motor replacement. I had scheduled the work to get done and expected to get a rental for the day (small price considering how much Ryan was saving me). Ryan was able to get the rental covered. When I found out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced that meant another trip to Auburn. That day I had planned to wait for the car. Unfortunately, the wrong catalytic converter was sent. Ryan was able to get me a rental so that I could leave my car over night and have the work done the next day. Ryan saved me a third trip to Auburn when he offered to drive my car to my work and leave it for me in Portland! I mean absolutely insanely awesome customer service! The 'great' option doesn't begin to express how fabulous I feel about my experience with Ryan at Lee. Ryan really went the extra mile. I would recommend that anyone contact him for their Honda work. He really made everything very easy and manageable when it could have been a nightmare. More

While in having our Honda Insigth serviced, I was looking around in the showroom. Kenn came over and asked if he could help. I said we weren't ready to buy a new vehicle yet but was interested in trading i around in the showroom. Kenn came over and asked if he could help. He spent a good 45 minutes showing me the vehicle and explaining the different features. He asked to keep him in mind when we were ready to trade. That nigth, I went on line to compare prices in the local area. Lee's web page was extremely easy to use. I sent foa quote and trade in. Laura got back to me that next morning and thinking it over we decided to trade now instead of later this year. I have always have our vehicles serviced at Lee's. The manager, Pete, has always given me great service and I have never had an issue with any of their work. The service is one reason we decided to stay with a Hoda and because of our great service record with Lee's decided to stay with lee's dor our new vehicle. More

Other than the problem with our trade, this was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. As we all know, purchasing a new vehicle can be very stressful, but this purchase was as smooth as i experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. We did have issues with our trade,but as far as the purchase and sales representative, this was by far the best sales experience we've ever had. Phil is very knowledgeable about the Ridgeline. He took his time showing us the inside and outside of the vehicle and showed us how to operate the equipment. Phil drove to Saco to show us the vehicle and then delivered the truck to our home (a couple of times). Phil was very professional with us and he provides a very comfortable approach to selling vehicles. He makes himself available via phone and e-mail 24/7 which is very helpful with our busy life style. I would recommend (and we have recommended him) to family and friends that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. I/we would have given him a score of 10 had we gotten more money on our trade. More
