Eric Colbath was a gentleman and I loved working with him. I had just started looking for a vehicle and was 90% sure I wanted a Honda CR-V. We had bought from the Honda dealership in Auburn before so we thoug I had just started looking for a vehicle and was 90% sure I wanted a Honda CR-V. We had bought from the Honda dealership in Auburn before so we thought we would go back. Our last Honda purchase was in 1979....life took us in a different direction. I did not make my decision right away and actually checked out several Volvos at the dealership down the street from my office. But like I said, I was 90% sure I wanted a Honda so back to Lee we went. Eric was no pressure the day we walked in and when we walked out I'm pretty sure he thought he lost a sale. 90% of the reason we went back to Lee was because of Eric...10% was because I had my heart set on a Honda. He is a wonderful young man and was pleasant to deal with. My husband thought so too. And Jim Fournier stepped in as needed and he was just as nice. Lee hired some nice folks. More

People were courteous and professional. I went there because Stacy Tavares called and asked me to go down and see what they could offer me for my car and purchase new on the last day of the I went there because Stacy Tavares called and asked me to go down and see what they could offer me for my car and purchase new on the last day of the year. I hesitated between a 2015 and 2016 and Chris made me a deal on the 2015. I then saw Jim Fournier who gave me the keys to the 2015 and told me to take it for a ride which I did and liked it very much. I informed Jim that I still had hesitation since I had just purchased 4 new Michelin tires ($800) the week before and I loved the rubber mats that I had on my 2011 CR-V. Jim was listening and came back and said they would transfer my tires on the new car and would also give me new rubber mats. I did get the car that same day. Everyone did all they could to get me the new car that same day even though they were closing early because it was New Year's Eve. Jim stayed later and showed me different features on the car and then noticed that they had forgotten to fill it up with gas so he had me drive the car in the back and filled it up even though the garage had closed. When I got home I checked and I did not get the cargo rubber mat for the back. I thought that was part of the agreement so I wrote to Jim and expressed how disappointed I was because I really wanted that. On Monday Jim called me and said the rubber mats were installed in the front and back seats as agreed but the cargo is different. I guess I misunderstood and I was not so happy with the answer but accepted it. The next day I had to return to the Honda garage to pick up a few things that I had left in my 2011 car so I saw Jim and we spoke a few minutes and then he asked me to wait. He came back after talking with his manager and he was able to offer me the cargo mat from my 2011 car (which I loved)! That made my day and I appreciate everything that Jim did and everyone else behind the scene. Jim really listened to me and did everything he could to make me happy and I would certainly recommend the Honda Dealership because I got exactly what I wanted. Good deal on my new 2016 I had no intentions of trading my 2012 CRV until spring. I asked for the same same salesman, Jim Fournier, who I had nearly 4 years ago.
