I went into this dealer not knowing that I would walk out with a 2015 Honda Civic the next day. After a long day of car shopping, I walked into the dealership 15 minutes before close. Even though they were about to go home, Sarah Pike was so incredibly helpful and took everything I was looking for in a car into consideration and helped me find the Honda. I explained I was on a budget, and with the help from her and Damian, they were able to help place me in a safe car with a warranty- all while keeping my payments at the price I could afford. Sarah helped me find this car and showed me all the features it had. She was incredibly informative and patient throughout the whole process. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships, but I received the best service here. They are not pushy and you can tell they genuinely care and want to place you in a car you’ll love. Love my Civic Type R I've never been to the dealership in person, but after scouring the United States last year for the Honda Civic Type R that I wanted and getting consi I've never been to the dealership in person, but after scouring the United States last year for the Honda Civic Type R that I wanted and getting consistently shafted by unethical dealers everywhere who tried to charge +$10k-20k over MSRP, I luckily found Alex T. Alex told me that his dealership had already sold their Honda Type R, they were allocated during the first shipment last year, but he promised me he would get me the first one that came in during the next shipment. I can only imagine what Alex went through to secure the car for me, 7 months later when the second shipment finally came in, but he got it for me, and shipped it down to my home in Florida AT COST. Words can't describe how happy I am to have the exact Type R that I wanted without having to buy it marked up from a shady dealer. It took a long time for the second shipment to arrive, but Alex came through, and that means the world. More
