Josh Goulette helped me when I decided to buy the 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I had been leasing. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly. When the car was finally mine, he washed and vacumed it himself! When I needed service recently, I had questions about my extended warranty, and Josh got involved in helping me in the Service Department. He even came to check on me while I was in the waiting room on the day of my appointment. He is such a great guy! I feel fortunate to know him. Both Dan and Gene made our visit very enjoyable. We went looking for a Used vehicle but were able to make the numbers work to buy new. Dan listened to what we were looking for and paid attention to the deta looking for a Used vehicle but were able to make the numbers work to buy new. Dan listened to what we were looking for and paid attention to the details we had laid out. He was able to create excitement for a vehicle my wife looked at and fit the car to her wants and needs. Gene was able to make the exhausiting paperwork seem less, and was very good at explaining each and every piece completely and made sure we understood exactly what we were sigining. This was our fourth car from Lee and i would recommend to anyone looking to start here first. More

We were greeted pleasantly when we arrived and introduced to the gentleman we had spoken with on the phone. Tim Bennett was friendly and willing to step in. He listened to our needs and made sure that he understood what we were asking for. No one was ever pushy and we were allowed the time we needed to discuss our concerns before we made our decision. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Lee. More

I have only had a few dealings with Lee, but none of them have been anything that left me with warm fuzzies after wards. When I bought my vehicle there were actual screws missing out of the door panel....the have been anything that left me with warm fuzzies after wards. When I bought my vehicle there were actual screws missing out of the door panel....the salesman totaly messed up my paperwork and even went so far as to send home someone elses financing paperwork in the golvebox of my vehicle!!!! Another time I special ordered a part to enhance my vehicle and was told that it would be about 10 days before it came in.... more like 3 weeks! (to their credit they did get the part installed with out issue though) The icing on the cake for me and the reason that I have called it quits in dealing with Lee was when I recently brought my vehicle in for it's scheduled 3000 mile service. I disappointed across the board. When I called to make the appointment for service I inquired to how long the job would take as I had a doctors appointment scheduled for later that same day and wanted to eliminate any possible conflict. I was assured that it would only take about an hour so there was no need to find alternate transportation and I could make the other appointment with plenty of time between the two. Unfortunately this was not true. I sat out in the waiting room for an hour and forty minutes before getting aggravated enough to go out to the receiving bay and inquire as to if it would be much longer and if there was some sort of problem that I should know about. At THIS point I was informed that they were "running a little behind" (perhaps sharing this information at the time of drop off would have been more useful - or even near the estimated completion time - but no such luck) so I went back to the waiting room and waited some more. The work on my vehicle took nearly 3 hours to complete from the time that I pulled into the bay to the time I drove off the lot. I find this unacceptable for a one hour maintenance job, but to be honest and fair, the big issue here isn't the fact that things were slow and/or running behind it was the over all attitude that came with it. Where was the courtesy of someone coming to the waiting area to let me know that it would be longer than anticipated? Perhaps with that prior knowledge I would have altered my plans and had been able to make it to the doctors appointment after all (which by the way they charged me a no-show fee for canceling at the last minute - Thanks Lee) Though it is considerably further for me to drive I am now seeking all of my service at another dealership. More
