My Husband and I have done a lot of business with TJ in the past. There are two very important things to my husband and I when purchasing a vehicle, One is that we dont feel pushed into a deal. The other is that we drive away in something we want. Not just a make due vehicle. TJ has never been pushy with us. He has always given us the best deal possible, and if he doesnt have what we are looking for he does not try to get us into something else. He watches the inventory till something comes along he thinks might be what we are looking for a gives us a call. We wont go anywhere else. Those little things are what keeps us always coming back. My experience at Credit Now in Brewer was a very good experience. I'm a single mother with limited income, and was in need of a bigger vehicle. TJ and Travis worked so hard to make it possible, I was so experience. I'm a single mother with limited income, and was in need of a bigger vehicle. Travis was in constant contact with me keeping me posted on the progress of my loan, and encouraging me to not give up, and to keep my chin up when it looked out of my reach. In the end, it all worked out, I got the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price with a payment I could afford. I have recommended Travis and TJ both to several friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. Travis asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, what my price range was, and immediately went to work. Within a week, Travis had found the perfect vehicle for me. It was exactly what I had asked for, and it was literally right on the money. There was no B.S. involved, no attempts to sell me a more expensive vehicle than I wanted, or trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Very refreshing. Travis, along with the Branch Manager T.J., also worked quite diligently in their efforts to find the best possible rate for my loan. All in all, it was a great experience. We were looking for a reliable used vehicle and decided to check out Lee Auto Mall in Bangor. I was a little leery about going through them, not knowing anything about them but after talking with Michelle to check out Lee Auto Mall in Bangor. She was very friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and worked very hard on finding the right vehicle for us. That was not any easy job as I am very indecisive.
