My husband and I had been looking for a winter vehicle. We found Lee's online and began looking at all their inventory. We found a vehicle that they had but it was in Auburn. (We live north of Bangor) We called the Bangor office and we talked with Dustin White. Dustin told us that they would have the vehicle at the Bangor lot the next day. After submitting all the paper work, Dustin found us financing. Dustin was always available to answer any questions we had. He kept in contact throughout the whole process. When we went to Bangor to test drive the vehicle, Dustin was out due to illness. Michelle Castonguay picked up where Dustin left off without missing a beat. When Dustin returned to work he contacted us and had the vehicle delivered right to our home. I would highly recommed Dustin White to anyone looking for a vehicle. Even after we purchased the vehicle, Dustin called to ask if we liked it and to see if we had any problems with the vehicle. My husband and I were out to look for a "new to me" vehicle but not really planning on buying anything right off because we were going to look around, until we met Travis. I soon as I found the SUV I wanted he got the paperwork done in a very timely manner(of course I told him I had to be to work so I did'nt have much time to spare but he was doing his best to make me happy.(Just ask my husband that isn't always an easy task,lol).The end result was even though it was late Saturday afternoon I still left with the truck I wanted and he came by on Monday to my work to finish up the rest of the paperwork.Very nice guy and I would recommend him to my friends and family. I really think he is the only car salesman ever that did not make me feel pressured in anyway he just led me through the steps of finding a vehicle I really wanted. I knew the vechicle I wanted to purchase, and no one used me to buy a newer vechile, as " most salemen would!"
