We were given a fair price on both the little car I fell in love with and our trade in. He was genuinely friendly, patient and experienced. The night we purchased our new-to-us vehicle the check engine light went on. The next morning (which was a Saturday) we told Mr. Marin about the engine light and he told us to bring it in on Monday morning. We did and they gave us a loaner for the whole week it was in the shop,(because the part had to be ordered from Kia) and a nice one at that! The entire $1600 job, the loaner and the offer to rent a car for me for my business meeting out of state if our car wouldn't be ready on time, didn't cost us a penny! Mr. Marin and Lee Credit Now went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciate the amazing customer service that we experienced. I can assure you that we will be returning in the future as well as recommending Lee and Mr. Marin to everyone we know. After having a less than satisfactory experience with Bangor Car Care in the past, we are thankful to know that at least one company will treat you great, even if your credit is not. More

She simply asked what we were looking for and suggested I complete the paperwork to see what our financing options would be. She was truly amazing! She was never pushy, but always thorough. She worked very hard to find us a vehicle that would meet our needs and made sure we got the best possible deal. More

First i would like to start by saying how friendly the whole Brewer Credit Now was. Every single person in that office made me feel like i was family. I was in the market for a late model used truck. I knew what I was looking for and asked TJ to see what he could find. He came back to me the same day with several options. I hadn't really considered financing with Credit Now, but TJ shopped and found me a great rate, in addition to treating me very fair with my trade in. The last two purchases TJ had moved up to a managers position and we have been dealing with Terry Good and TJ together. There are two very important things to my husband and I when purchasing a vehicle, One is that we dont feel pushed into a deal. The other is that we drive away in something we want. Not just a make due vehicle. TJ has never been pushy with us. He has always given us the best deal possible, and if he doesnt have what we are looking for he does not try to get us into something else. He watches the inventory till something comes along he thinks might be what we are looking for a gives us a call. We wont go anywhere else. Those little things are what keeps us always coming back. My experience at Credit Now in Brewer was a very good experience. I'm a single mother with limited income, and was in need of a bigger vehicle. TJ and Travis worked so hard to make it possible, I was so experience. I'm a single mother with limited income, and was in need of a bigger vehicle. TJ and Travis worked so hard to make it possible, I was so impressed. They worked endless with the finance companies, and banks so I could have a safe, dependable for my kids. Travis was in constant contact with me keeping me posted on the progress of my loan, and encouraging me to not give up, and to keep my chin up when it looked out of my reach. In the end, it all worked out, I got the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price with a payment I could afford. I have recommended Travis and TJ both to several friends that are in the market for a new vehicle. It has been almost 2 months since I purchased my SUV, and Travis still checks in with me to make sure I'm happy with it. Service like that is hard to find. Travis asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle, what my price range was, and immediately went to work. Within a week, Travis had found the perfect vehicle for me. It was exactly what I had asked for, and it was literally right on the money. There was no B.S. involved, no attempts to sell me a more expensive vehicle than I wanted, or trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Very refreshing. Travis, along with the Branch Manager T.J., also worked quite diligently in their efforts to find the best possible rate for my loan. All in all, it was a great experience.
