Just an overall good experience. The motorcycle was definitely over priced but i understand because of my bad credit that I'm not going get a great deal. This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle over the internet.....AND had it delivered right to our house....AND took our truck back with the and we live over 75 miles away....and gave us a $50 gift the internet.....AND had it delivered right to our house....AND took our truck back with the and we live over 75 miles away....and gave us a $50 gift card for gas! Who could ask for anything easier! They should have the "That was easy" button. That was awesome. I did not need to miss any time from work or spend my evening doing all the paperwork at the dealership. Everything went very smooth. We are very pleased with the 2008 GMC truck we bought. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Truck was given seal of approval by my mechanic before we signed and the driver had no problem waiting. Steve was very professional throughout the transacton. On Monday they called us and said the approval didn't go thru and that they would continue to try...This took 3 more days of no communication from them...we had to keep calling to find out what was going on...Finally they said we needed to give the vehicle back....Imagine how humiliated and embarrassed we felt!! They gave us the option to purchase a much older vehicle with many more miles on it thru the dealer itself...at this point we felt we had no other options and settled for the vehicle they sent...Dan told me the vehicle that they were offering was in great shape and very clean...He is quite a talker and a liar!! He tells everyone exactly what they want to hear...The vehicle arrived and it had scratches on the passenger side door, scraped up bumper, cigarette burns on the rugs and the inside was FILTHY and smelled like an ashtray!!So Dan had not even looked at the vehicle he was sending us and was obviously just glad to be moving on the next sale! Dan is the stereotypical used car salesman...Smooth talker but don't trust him!!I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anybody!! More
