It is a brand new job to me, so I was stressed about it. He even came to my work to pick me up in the caravan to go do some paperwork, then I got to test drive it and went back and finished all the paperwork. He knew I was extremely upset with the way things were going for me, and he kept reassuring me things were going to be okay. I filled out the on-line application and received a call the very next day informing me that they thought they could work with me. I talked to Jim Lyons on the phone and set up an appointment for the following morning. I arrived at the dealership at 8 o'clock and by 11 o'clock I was walking out the door the owner of a Dodge Durango. This was not the piece of junk that a lot of other "bad credit dealerships" would try to sell you. It was in fantastic shape. Jim worked with the finance company to get me into it even under my circumstances, which I'm sure was not an easy thing to do. He was up-front with me about the whole process. He was very clear about the positives and the negatives concerning my particular situation and also clear about what I could do for myself to help. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has had financial difficulties in the past. When I'm ready for another vehicle some day, this is where I will go. More
