When I went to this dealership I knew exactly what I was looking for and the price that I was willing to spend. Josh brought up two vehicles that were down state in less than a week for me before I was willing to purchase the one that I bought. I love the vehicle and it is everything that I wanted in a vehicle. He was very patient with my requests and was very helpful. He was very friendly and not like most sales people when it comes to buying a vehicle and pushing what they think will be best for you or out of your price range. I love my Mountaineer that I bought. My husband and I were scared to go to Credit Now, hearing horror stories of overpriced, high interest rate deals. We went in just to look into things. I contacted many dealers and Lee Credit Now had the best customer service out of all of them! I worked hand and hand with Erick and I could not have asked for a better rep. Well, simply stated, "roving" manager Levi Gray saved a nearly disastrous and potentially FINAL visit to Lee Credit Now. My fiance and I were pre-approved through the Brewer dealership saved a nearly disastrous and potentially FINAL visit to Lee Credit Now. My fiance and I were pre-approved through the Brewer dealership, but we decided to stop by the Bnagor Hammond St branch to test drive a few vehicles in order to narrow down our choices. Since we had just barely gotten our pre-approval, we naturally wanted to try out a few. We were greeted by a friendly young saleman (who's name escapes me since we were so disappointed with the branch manager and our experience there...details ahead), and we test drove one vehicle. Not really finding the vehicle to our liking, we returned to the dealership and said that we didn't really like the particular vehicle we had driven, and were interested in trying another. At this point manager Tony Sangiovanni met us right at the door and stated, " I understand that you have been dealing with someone at the Brewer location". I stated that we had, indeed, but were trying to narrow down our vehicle choice and that the Hammond street location was nearby, so Hammond street was our first stop. Mr. Sangiovanni then proceeded to tell us that the second car we were interested in trying out was "way outside your initial approval" and that we should "just go over to Brewer since they have your figures". I asked if it were possible to drive the vehicle we had indicated, and was there any room to negotiate a price on it to closer fit the pre-approval figures. Mr. Sangiovanni then proceeded to very curtly, almost rudely, tell us that we should "just go to Brewer", since they didn't want to hassle with the numbers already set up at another location. Miffed and disappointed, I handed Mr. Sangiovanni the dealer plate from the first vehicle, and we left the dealership. My fiance and I were puzzled, insulted, and quite upset at our treatment by Mr. Sangiovanni. His demeanor was no less than condescending, abrupt, impatient, and nearly downright rude. We went to Brewer with the intention of scrapping the whole idea, and cancelling the pre-approval. So Mr. Sangivanni essentially turned away new customers, who had basically what amounts to cash in hand, ready to buy a vehicle. At the Brewer dealership, Mr. Levi Gray was pleasant, courteous, and quite helpful, allowing us to drive 2 vehicles; the second we are in the process of purchasing. My first impression of Lee Credit Now was not very good, and downright disappointing. Thankfully, Mr. Gray in Brewer was much more of a gentleman, and treated us with the kindness and respect that a potential customer deserves. If it hadn't been for him, we would have eschewed Lee Credit Now, and this review would have been much much worse. Shame on Mr. Sangiovanni for his arrogance and condescension, and for his impatience and unwillingness to make the experience a positive one. I guess I would recommend that Lee straighten out it's guidelines for the pre-approval process, and make it clear that only one dealership can be addressed at a time. I find this curious, because the folks at Lee are more than willing to bring a car from one dealership to another (as Levi Gray did for us) for the customer's perusal; yet there seems to be no desire to assist a customer at a branch other than where the "paperwork was assigned". More

Wow! I never imagined buying a car was going to be so much fun! Buying a car is a big decision. In fact, I teased her about what kind of salesperson she was when she countered one of my arguments for getting done with my 12-year-old car. She bent over backward to find me the right car, going so far as to deliver one to my apartment for me to test drive over the weekend. She had or found answers for all my questions and made the process as simple and painless as possible. And she got me an incredible interest rate on my loan! Would I buy from her again? Yes! In a heartbeat! But I expect she'll have retired by the time I want to part with this car. Thank you, Jack Bridges, for steering me to Robin. More
