As far as the personal service from Christine Massey, this was her first sale and I felt she was very knowledgeable and followed through with everything perfectly and when she didn't have an answer she found some to get it for me...For me, this was my first time to buy a car on my own and I have to say that my experience was beyond perfect... Toby was excellent at helping us get established as a customer. It took us a few weeks working with the banks and trying a few options but we finally got approved within our price range that we had discu customer.
