Great effort to find me what I was looking for Chrissy clearly did an excellent job finding me only the trucks I liked the best. I was looking for a 4 wheel drive small to mid-size truck with a V6 Chrissy clearly did an excellent job finding me only the trucks I liked the best. I was looking for a 4 wheel drive small to mid-size truck with a V6 engine or smaller, as I currently owned a rear wheel drive Dodge Dakota with a V8, so it was terrible on gas and even more horrible in the snow or in slippery conditions. I could get stuck on nothing. Each of the trucks she showed me were exactly the ones I would have chosen for myself, and I liked them best even after I looked at the others myself. I couldn't drive a standard, though, so I originally wanted automatic. But when she found 2 amazing trucks I would like that were standards, she offered to teach me to drive a standard! She did get started, and I realized that I could learn...and I liked it! When the payment proved to be more than I could afford, she and her superiors did all they could to lower the payment for me- even offering at one point to reduce the price a bit for me! When the payment was still a bit too much for me, she immediately found another great truck with lower miles and a payment I could afford! I am impressed. She did a great job. The price is a bit high, but mostly that's an issue caused by my own less-than-great credit and the bank financing me. I was impressed this time, and glad that Chrissy was my salesperson. She made me comfortable, even when teaching me to drive a standard! The Tacoma is my dream truck, and she made it possible for me to get it! More

This is the place to go! Our salesman was Skyler out of the Newport office. Not only was he friendly and professional but he treated us with respect! We thought that once our credit info was accessed whoever saw it would treat us like deadbeats, which we are not. We are hardworking people who were hit hard by the recession and are trying to dig ourselves out without filing bankruptcy. But even though our credit is horrible, Skyler went out of his way to help us find the right vehicle. Literally. We showed up after work on a weekday so it was late in the afternoon. We told Skyler what we were looking for and even test drove one of the vehicles he had on the lot. But, alas, it was not a good fit for our family. Once we told them that our vehicle was on its last legs and we were afraid it wouldn't get us back home Skyler and Levi worked started contacting their other offices, found a vehicle that they thought would work for us and actually had somebody drive it out to Newport from Ellsworth! This caused them to work late. But not once did they complain or comment. They seemed like they were happy to do it and really wanted to find us the right vehicle. And boy did they! The Nissan arrived after hours, we test drove it, loved it, and bought it right then! It is the perfect fit for us. It included an aftermarket radio and Levi actually helped us figure out how to work it. So, bottom line, this is the place to go! Whether you have good credit, bad credit, or somewhere in the middle. Long story short, After the test drive Ryan found me the vehicle I wanted and was able to secure more than I was looking for on a trade in and less on the vehicle when it arrived.
