I filled out the online app and the car that I was interested in, showed up at the Newport location the next day to find the car I was interested in b I filled out the online app and the car that I was interested in, showed up at the Newport location the next day to find the car I was interested in being backed out of the shop ready to go. Darryl had me financed and driving my vehicle home that night. I honestly didn't think the chance of getting financed was all that great but they got me financed through a local credit union at a GREAT RATE !! Not only did I have poor credit but Travis therrien was confident the who I had a great first time experience car shopping at Lee credit in ellsworth. Just the right dealership if you have no expectations. It's a typical dealership that takes no pride in the vehicles that they move off their lot. I just bought a vehicle 6 mos. prior from a dealership tha It's a typical dealership that takes no pride in the vehicles that they move off their lot. I just bought a vehicle 6 mos. prior from a dealership that exceeded my expectations and treated me like a human being, so I kinda expected the same treatment.. This Dealership, has no clue on customer service or even the meaning. If you just want a vehicle, they can probably get you approved with some shady finance company. I went there for a certain type of vehicle and when I got to the dealership that was no longer an option. I ended up with a vehicle that just was returned as a "loner", over blue book value by $3000, been in one accident, an a passed inspection when it shouldn't have been. They couldn't even put gas in it. My experience here was like getting a hand me down vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends. The only reason I even wasted my time writing this review is so they would stop harassing me about it. More
