Remarkable experience/service! On February 16th I purchased my 2010 Dodge Avenger from Lee credit now in Ellsworth from Travis Therrien. Travis made this car buying experience wonderful with his willingness/knowledge to work with us; with not so great credit. My past experiences have not been so great with other dealerships and I was starting to think I wouldn't end up with a newer/reliable car. He took the time with finding a bank that I could work with and explained all my options for warranties etc. I was set on this one car and when I went to test drive it something wasn't right but Travis went right to work with having them check it out and they fixed the problem that same day! Travis is a very personable person who even took the time to talk with and entertain my 6 year old daughter. She was very pleased with the experience too and even wrote out her review on a post-it note that she gave to Travis. So I would definitely recommend Travis at Lee Credit in Ellsworth to anyone looking for a new vehicle because the service there was awesome! Thank-you! :) More

Last minute decision My husband and I were debating on whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle and take on another payment rather then stick with the "lemon" that w My husband and I were debating on whether or not we wanted to purchase a vehicle and take on another payment rather then stick with the "lemon" that we currently own. We went to Lee Auto in Bangor, Outer Hammond Street and looked at a couple of cars. Overwhelmed by the stress of making a decision, we decided to head home and to put money into the car that we had. The next day Jim called my husband with more car choices and asured us that he could work with us to get us in a car on the budget that we originally set. We headed back over to the dealership to look at a few more options and look over the numbers. We took a test drive and right away was estatic that we were able to purchase the vehicle and have it be in our budget with the help of Jim and the sales manager. We have had such a great experience with Lee that I would reccommend them to anyone. They work really hard to get anyone in a vehicle. Thank you for everything. We made a great last minute decision! Great Place to buy a car!! I had filled out an application on the Lee website as I had on a few other sites. I received a quick response which was amazing. They allowed me to try the truck out for a few days to make sure it was really the truck I wanted. This sealed the deal for me. The Hammond Street location was great as well. The manager TJ was right there if any questions need to be answer and everyone had a smile on their face. I will differently return for my next truck. More
