from total disappointment to satisfaction David Lovering has to be the worst salesman I've ever had. He made it seem like a hassle to bring other cars to the dealership for me to drive, and wa David Lovering has to be the worst salesman I've ever had. He made it seem like a hassle to bring other cars to the dealership for me to drive, and was rude to me because of my credit score. I ended up choosing a 2013 ford focus se. He didn't detail the car at all or get the touch up paint I needed (which isn't for public sale) and it was missing the back floor mats. Not 2 days after I brought it home, the transmission starts slipping. Would have been nice to know before hand. Anyway, I get a hold some lady at the office and made an appointment for the following Monday. The next day I had to cancel it and reschedule the appointment for the following Thursday during the same phone call. I called later on in the week to confirm said appointment, at which time they told me they only has record of my cancellation.... I had to fight with them to get in at my appointment time. The entire thing was a mess.. Until I met Greg. He's the manager for the Lewiston and Auburn branch. He completely took over and has been wonderful to deal with. Everything I've complained about above has been resolved. My car was sent to ford to be reprogrammed and a replacement clutch was ordered. Greg went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. More

I was able to make one phone call to John Westleigh, with an interest in a car at another lot. John was able to have the car in Norway for the agreed upon date and time, as well as have all paperwork ready to go. With my trade having been serviced there since being purchased over 3 years ago, John and Tom (service manager) knew the history and status of my car, and John was able to offer a very equitable trade amount.
