my husband and i went there because they said come in and we will work with you to get you a vehicle, they were not kidding. When we got there they were so nice, everyone was very pleasant to talk to and th we will work with you to get you a vehicle, they were not kidding. I called around to many buy here pay here places but was not able to come up with the large down payment they required, and had to come up with some thing so my husband and i could get to and from work. Lee approved us when no one else would help and made the down payment very affordable. Friendly people who realy understood our situation. we have two small children and cannot afford to not have a car to get to work. They also stayed beyond business hours to make sure we got the car the same day. i would recommed them to every one i know! More

I recently broke down in Connecticut while trying to pick up a puppy. I called Mike from the side of the road and he did everything to make sure I got my vehicle taken care of. He made sure I had a rental vehicle and that I could drop it off back home in Maine. He made sure I had his personal cell number so I could call if I needed. He also had the vehicle brought back to Maine for me so I could pick it up without making the trip all the way back to CT. I am VERY pleased with Mike's customer service ethic and will recommend him to anyone I know who wants to buy from the Chrysler family. A million thanks! More
Our daughter was interested in a particular used Jeep Wrangler. I called the dealership and was told 4:30 p.m. was not too late to visit. (They close at 5 on Saturday.) The salesman took very good care of us and did not rush us. We took the Jeep for a test drive and it was not the vehicle my daughter thought it would be. She spotted a used Jeep Commander in the lot and was interested in it. By now, it was well past 5p.m. Mike "K" asked us if we wanted to test drive it, so we did. The usual see saw about price and trade-in value took place, all the while Mike K ensured us that he was on our side. He was very patient with us. After agreeing on price and trade in value, I wanted to wait and see the car during day light hours and offered to return on Monday. Several salesmen helped Mike clear the show room of tables and chairs, opened up double doors and drove the commander inside for further inspection. The vehicle was covered in road salt from being on the front row of the parking lot. After inspection of the vehicle, we found two plastic pins missing holding a rear wheel fender cover in place, a broken vent on the dash board, and a pin missing on the glove compartment door. We were told those items have been ordered and they should be in stock within a few days and they were. On Sunday morning, we were looking the car over in our driveway and found a dent in the rear tailgate about the size of a dime. We informed Mike K about this and he said the service department would look at it when they took care of the other two minor repairs. When my wife and daughter returned with the car on Wednesday, they were greeted at the door by the service manager who took very good care of them. The three minor repairs were completed and they also offered to repair the dent at no additional cost to my daughter. They kept the vehicle overnight, and my daughter was provided a rental vehicle in it's place, again at no additional charge. I never expected them to repair the dent after we took delivery, but they did with no questions asked. Mike kept telling us that it's the service after the sale that counts, and he and the staff at Lee Dodge of Auburn certainly backed that statement up with acitons. We highly recommend Mike "K" for his professional attitude and care for his customers, and the staff at Lee Dodge of Auburn. And for this, we have been recommending him to many friends and relatives. I would not hesitate in buying another car from Mike K. He was definitely the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure in working with. I must add that we were with Mike from 4:30 - 9:30pm on Saturday. While we were signing final papers around 9pm, he went and washed the vehicle himself (as well as checked the tire pressure) before we drove off the lot, saying that in his many years there, he has never delivered a dirty vehicle. I went to Lee with a big presidents day sale voucher and was interested in seeing what kind of trade in they could give me on a little chevy with over 100,000 miles on it. I had actually planned to make my trade and purchase at a different dealership. Needless to say, Mike was an excellent salesman and I left with a used Toyota Rav4 SUV that was exactly what I was looking for. He was very informative about the different vehicles, wasn't pushy or demeaning to me as a young woman (as many other salesmen had been when I had been car shopping without my husband). Best of all he was fantastic with my 1 year old who was along with me. We spent half a day with Mike and he and all the other sales people and managers were friendly, respectful, and best of all patient with me and my daughter as I deliberated taking the plunge into an SUV (and the payment it would bring!). They worked very hard to get us into a payment that worked for our family. We were there after closing to finish our paperwork and Rick Greene who did our paperwork with us was great to work with as well. I am very happy with my purchase. I think I *may* have been able to save a few bucks if I had traveled further and shopped specifically for a RAV, but I don't think I could have received better customer service or a better trade in value on my car.
