He accompanied us on the test drive - which was especially helpful becuase we would have ended up lost with out him. We searched a lot of places and she found this 2008 Jeep Liberty that she liked. We went down to Lee Auto and that's when we met Paul Allen. Right away we were comfortable talking with him. He wasn't the pushy type just trying to make a sale, he was very honest with us and went out of his way to make us comfortable. He made it happen and took care of everything which made it so easy for us. I will recommend Paul to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car, finally a pleasant shopping experience at an auto dealer that I had never had before. About a week later a rear brake light was discovered out and Jeff Doucette took in right away , he was kind and courteous and made it a point to help us in any way he could to make us happy. Jeff looked at a couple of other things I was concerned about and made it clear he would look into these things at our convenience.
