The jeep was clean, full gas tank and ready to go. He gave me a quick run thru and showed me how to remove the hard top and install the soft top. Rick was extremely efficient with the paper work and financing arrangements. He was also very friendly and shared a lot of his knowledge about Wranglers and about potential warranty programs- very clear and with no pressure.
