I took my 2007 dodge r diesel to Lee to service the AC. They did a diagnostic and told me so and so had to be done which came up to about 2k .i was called Saturday to pick up the truck but was out of town They did a diagnostic and told me so and so had to be done which came up to about 2k .i was called Saturday to pick up the truck but was out of town so I picked it up Monday morning. Pays them and before I could leave the lot I had to walk back in to ask them why is the truck still blowing hot air .. the response was well it blew cold Saturday. So with nothing done about it after complaining and asking why to know answer. I left with the attitude that I had for from William who was handling my truck down to Derek Brown who is his boss who is very unprofessional and no skills in customer service at all .I carried my truck to another Chrysler dealership National to get a diagnostic and was told that dye that was still in my AC line and I had to have it and serviced removed. I explained to them what happened and where so they fugue they could get a PO for the work they had to redo from Lee .. but from July of last year til now they have ducked my calls and visits as well done the same to National employees down to the service manager there when they called to resolve the issue . The part that was replaced by Lee was intact but the leaving dye in my system charging Freon in the system and claiming the issue was fixed had to be done over . I had to pay another dealership to do what I payed Lee Chrysler to do all over . For them to tell National no and fie me to call and once I did told me the same thing even with the paperwork we have to show that the work had to be done over. Been a customer at Lee Chrysler since 2008 also bought a couple vehicles from them and to be treated like this is absurd and totally unprofessional. There are good people that work there I can say Mr Jimmy ,Dylan Lamm, Tiffany Upchurch , Chris ,Ronnie and a few more of service people in the back have been awesome from the day I stepped in there in 2008 but I will never set foot in there again for any vehicle . Derek Brown needs answer management and customer service skills matter of fact basic human right and wrong kinda skills and so do Sandra who would say she wasn’t in the office and I would be sitting on the lot watching her go to lunch and come back . That’s the type of games they played until I he warranty on the work done ran out . Played phone tag and stop by visits for a year to nothing being done or seeing her like she agreed to work it out . National dodge got a taste of what I have been goin through.. very unprofessional.. rude and downright shady if I can quote it correctly. It doesn’t matter if cost me 5 ,6 , 7 thousand or more to get the 8 to 9 hundred dollars back from them ..it’s jus the principle of the matter to me. They were dead wrong on how they handled me and the situation and to have been a customer that long to be told I’m not gonna correct or fix the problem that was caused b them for me to have to pay twice to get the same thing fixed . I have the paperwork jus like each of the dealerships do .. so to court it is 🤷🏾♂️ More
