WORST service ever I've gone there repeatedly--i don't know why. They can never deliver what they promise in terms of when they will be done--my truck was there for 9 d I've gone there repeatedly--i don't know why. They were rude when I asked for a ride back to pick my vehicle up--even though they say they have a courtesy car. They forget things that you asked to have done; they don't communicate with each other (i was called to be informed that my parts had come in and to schedule an appointment--my vehicle had already been there for 3 days--and this is a SMALL dealership). DO NOT get your car serviced there. I have no idea what the sales staff is like--have never purchased a vehicle from them. More

Lee Jeep of wilson parts returns policy I bought a crankshaft position sensor from Lee Jeep recently and it was defective. My mechanic couldn't even get my jeep to crank with this part inst I bought a crankshaft position sensor from Lee Jeep recently and it was defective. My mechanic couldn't even get my jeep to crank with this part installed. I wound up purchasing one from AutoZone for 50$ and it worked perfectly. I then tried to return the one back to Lee Jeep because it was not only defective..but for 130$ quite a bit more expensive than the one AutoZone carried. I was told by the parts guy at Lee that they do not take returns even for defective parts. Just a warning to anyone who wants a genuine MOPAR part, Don't go to Lee Jeep!! There are places online to order MOPAR parts that will accept returns if the part is defective. I can't imagine in this day and age a parts supplier who refuses to accept returns for defective parts, especially a dealership More
