Buyer beware. Lies and trouble are all you will get with this place especially with their star salesperson. They tell you one thing, the papers say otherwise, then hurry you through signing. Great Service Stopped by without an appointment to see about a radio issue in my 2018 JLU. Kaitlyn advised there was an update available and took care of the issue. Superior Customer Focus I had a very superior customer service experience at Lee Chrysler when my still under warranty back up camera became defective. My warrantied part wa I had a very superior customer service experience at Lee Chrysler when my still under warranty back up camera became defective. My warrantied part was ordered and replaced very sufficiently. Most of all, I appreciated the treatment I received when my part delivery was late, but the service advisors gave me a loaner in order for my to conduct my daily activities until my repairs were complete. Thank you for your superior customer focus every time!!! More

Unhappy with the service this time Had a computer failure. Was unable to get a loaner because they said it was safe to drive while parts were being ordered. Left the dealership and the seat belt buzzer was going off continually. Called the dealership and they said to return the vehicle when I told them to also do an oil change while it was there. They finally gave me a loaner to drive. When the service was completed, I was called and told to pick it up after 4:00 P.M. I told the service manager that I would have to pick it up in the morning so he said, "Enjoy your loaner." which I though was very rude. I went to pick up my vehicle and the computer was fixed but the oil change was not done. Had to wait another hour for that to be completed. Was not charged for the oil change. When I got home, the back floor had parts that were changed and the oil change sticker was not updated on the front windshield. More
