They robbed me 1500 plus ruined my credit score As i wrote on Google reviews me Sara Mendez i go to this dealer to buy a car and a just got robbed 1500 and my credit ruined. Why He didn't say i took the car back in 3 day broke or it was broke i should say. But i took it back he call me back that he will be helping me and explain everything again. He said the car is cover with garantee that i paid but he again did not say that it cover everything exept what was broke in the car that i should read every single little letter in the garantee paper. Really? They are there to rob people i have prove of that. STAY AWAY. !!! More

They signed a paper that all the parts will be sent to me but received nothing going pass a month and no parts or tags or registration. Dishonest and false advertising I went to look at a “9.5/10” condition car and gave multiple employees an opportunity to be forthright with me about things to do with condition and a I went to look at a “9.5/10” condition car and gave multiple employees an opportunity to be forthright with me about things to do with condition and any issues with the car. I wasted a plane ticket and 2 days time to unexpectedly find a car in much poorer condition than was advertised to me. None of the employees mentioned to me and these issues were not visible on their pictures online due to poor quality and generic angles. There was a cracked headlight, rusted sunroof , hood painted a different shade, pressure monitor warning lights on , and wheels needed new finishing. Nowhere close to 9.5 condition. They deceptively led me down there and water my time and money and weren’t willing to be accountable for the falsities. It would take $1500 to fix all the issues they lied and didn’t tell me about so take it off their asking price ( which was already on the high side not to even mention their outrageous “dealer fee $700”).
