Why He didn't say i took the car back in 3 day broke or it was broke i should say. But i took it back he call me back that he will be helping me and explain everything again. He said the car is cover with garantee that i paid but he again did not say that it cover everything exept what was broke in the car that i should read every single little letter in the garantee paper. Really? They are there to rob people i have prove of that. STAY AWAY. !!! More

Dishonest and false advertising I went to look at a “9.5/10” condition car and gave multiple employees an opportunity to be forthright with me about things to do with condition and a I went to look at a “9.5/10” condition car and gave multiple employees an opportunity to be forthright with me about things to do with condition and any issues with the car. I wasted a plane ticket and 2 days time to unexpectedly find a car in much poorer condition than was advertised to me. None of the employees mentioned to me and these issues were not visible on their pictures online due to poor quality and generic angles. There was a cracked headlight, rusted sunroof , hood painted a different shade, pressure monitor warning lights on , and wheels needed new finishing. Nowhere close to 9.5 condition. They deceptively led me down there and water my time and money and weren’t willing to be accountable for the falsities. It would take $1500 to fix all the issues they lied and didn’t tell me about so take it off their asking price ( which was already on the high side not to even mention their outrageous “dealer fee $700”). No honor, no return calls once they have your $$$ Purchased a ram 1500 big horn on 07/11/18 from Lee Auto Group of Ft Myers for $16k. The day after I got it home I discovered the chrome panels on bott Purchased a ram 1500 big horn on 07/11/18 from Lee Auto Group of Ft Myers for $16k. The day after I got it home I discovered the chrome panels on bottom of door were there to cover up the fact that the bottom of the door was completely rotted out (not surface rust) but so rusted it just crumbles off when I touch it. After getting rear seats to raise up I discovered a water line inside the vehicle and as well can see floor rusting out in rear of passenger compartment where they obviously missed it per not being able to lift the seats. Greg Stephens told me to bring the vehicle in and indeed saw the driver door was rotting away under the aftermarket panel and told me he would call me back later that day. Bottom line is 10 days later and no call. $16k for a vehicle with obvious flood damage. I called the day I wrote this and again Greg Stephens replied he would call me back withing the hour and now another 9 days later and no reply once again. This morning I pulled the seats and carpet and low and behold the padding under the carpet was still wet. My credit union is aware of this but unfortunately not much they can do. They did however add that they would bring this up with the higher ups to see if they can have Lee Auto Group in Ft. Myers black listed as a company to provide loans for their customers. I hesitated writing this review but the customer service once they unload a vehicle on you is simply horrible. More
